Overall the place was great! BUT the directions to get to the unit from the garage, especially in the dark after a long flight and drive with kids and luggage were incredibly difficult. The place was immaculate and as a housekeeper myself I could not believe everything that was included. There is likely not a single thing you could need in that kitchen that isn’t there. Biggest downside is no a/c. Only 1 ceiling fan. And every night my family was sweating. The beds were all extremely comfy and clean. But I kept getting woke up every morning around 6 to the sounds of banging, people going up and down stairs (which is odd since this is an upper floor unit) and found it impossible to sleep in any on a vacation. The very last night, the neighbors next to us decided to grill out and partake in extra curricular activities on the patio, which would have been fine during the day, but because of the heat we had to leave every window and the patio door open, which had our whole unit filled with the smell and my kids up till 1 am, on our last night. Overall great place yes. Just a few things to consider.

We do want to note that no concerns were reported to our team during your stay. Had we been made aware of any difficulty with the garage directions, excessive noise, or other issues, we would have been happy to assist while you were here and determine what could be done to improve the situation. As for the lack of A/C, this is accurately reflected in the property's listing. Air conditioning is uncommon in the Colorado high country, and fans are provided to help with warmer summer temperatures. We appreciate your feedback regarding the building noise and your neighbors' activity. Some sounds from neighboring units and common areas are unfortunately outside of our control, but we're always happy to address concerns when they're brought to our attention during a stay. We're glad that, overall, you enjoyed the property and appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

The location has a great view of the slopes and is within 5 minute walk to Mountain House. You do not need to drive and park to ski.

Quick ski weekend

This place was a great value for the price. Location was great too. Communication was excellent. I would ask a question and get a very fast response. Would definitely stay here again

It was ok. Lift says qn bed and 2 tw it’s a trundle and not sure how you could fit it. The shower wouldn’t drain and towel. Hook fell off. Both box fans broken. Screen door was broken and fell off and balcony felt unsafe. We had 2 cars and was instructed to park one at the gondola lot which we did and paid for overnight only to return the next morning with a 50 ticket and had to take time to dispute. Overall it did the job but won’t stay there again.

We did want to note that none of these issues were reported to us during your stay—had we been made aware, our team would have addressed them right away. We do keep extra box fans on hand in our office and our maintenance team is available throughout guest stays to quickly assist with any concerns. Regarding parking, the instructions provided reflect the property’s guidelines and resort parking rules, which are outside of our control. We understand that can be frustrating, but unfortunately enforcement and ticketing are handled by the resort/lot management. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to ensure clear communication and a smooth experience for future guests.

Exceeded my expectations

Stayed her for a week and it exceeded my expectations, everything was as advertised and more. Came here for a softball tournament in Denver and it was worth the drive every day. This place had a terrific view and the facilites were just perfect for my family they provided everything one could use. Everything we needed was at our finger tips, Our host was always on call answering our requests and concerns and provided us with information on what we asked. We will definitely return next year!

Highly recommend

The cabin is fantastic! It has all the essentials you may need. My teenage daughters loved the coffee bar! If you want to see elk etc. they were very close by too so that was a bonus for us! It was the perfect peaceful place to end our vacation before we came home.

Great condo and perfect location

The condo was good. Clean and comfortable beds. Could use a little updating with a few things and a few new kitchen supplies could be good for a family of 6, but was still adequate. Overall our stay was great. Excellent location. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The best part is the river running through the back of the property. Sitting on the deck, listening to that was amazing.
