Really nice apartment. The pull-out-couch was far more comfortable than we expected. Excellent equipped kitchen including dishes and cutlery. The dishwasher and laundry machine are very convenient. Very clean apartment. All new locks for security as well. If you have food restrictions or requirements there are many restaurants and grocery stores within minutes driving. Short walk to the beach. We had a couple of issues during our stay that were taken care of immediately by contacting the owner and the staff in the main office. The personal care is outstanding.

Amazing stay!

We had a great time in this villa. Superb location, just few steps from very nice communal swimming pool with small bar serving snacks and 10 minutes walk from impressive beach and picturesque cliffs. Clean house, modern decor, lovely patio, good utensils, comfy beds, decent wifi. Only one thing which could be better is slightly outdated TV without streaming options.

Great location to the beach

Pros…this apartment is within a 10 minute walk to the beach but is 2.5 km from the heart of the town. Great spot for beach exploration. It has a patio space leading to a lovely garden and there’s access to a pool. It’s also very quiet and there’s free parking in front of the buildings with just a very short walk to the apartment. The kitchen has the appliances one would need. The shower is small but there’s plenty of hot water. Cons…the “Murphy bed” is a pull out couch and is in desperate need of replacing. It’s very uncomfortable and dirty looking. The bedding was old. When we first pulled out the bed, garbage fell to the floor! The sliding glass doors to the patio are hard to open and close and even though the lock button shows that they’re locked, they aren’t. The patio ceiling has pockets of water that drips on you which takes away the pleasure of sitting outside. I found it strange that we were left with only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week’s stay and not enough hand soap. It would have been nice to have had extra towels as well. Overall it was just an okay place to stay.

Bonjour Jill, Merci pour vos commentaires. je suis surpris que vous ayez trouvé le canapé lit sale et inconfortable ? Le matelas est très propre est équipé d'une alaise pour l'hygiène, le matelas est confortable est large ( 160 cm ) Le verrou de la baie vitrée est maintenant réparé ( il était simplement dévissé) Le problème de goutte à goutte sur la terrasse est dû à une période de forte pluie avant votre arrivée et, le tuyau d'évacuation d'eau du balcon supérieur était bouché. Pour le papier toilette, il y a un kit a l'arrivée et les serviettes de toilette supplémentaires sont possibles en option ( sinon il y a le lave linge ) : un hôtel vous proposerait un changement quotidien du papier et des serviettes de toilette, pas une location de vacances. Unser Aufenthalt war Mitte - Ende September und daher hatten wir kaum Nachbarn in der Ferienanlage. Das Apartment ist mit allem notwendigen zur Selbstversorgung ausgestattet und entspricht den hochgeladenen Bildern. Sauberkeit war top bei Ankunft und auch eine sehr sympathische Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, die uns für Fragen zur Verfügung stand.Die Terrasse hat Südlage und dadurch Sonne bis sie untergeht. (Die meisten anderen Apartments sind zugewachsen und schattig. Es gibt genug Parkplätze direkt an der Anlage und der Strand ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir persönlich waren nur 1x kurz am Pool, was aber dem geschuldet ist, dass wir absolute Meer-Liebhaber sind und daher den Pool als reines „nice to have“ gesehen haben.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Aldi und ein einheimischer täglicher Markt sind 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.Das einzige Manko ist das Schlafsofa, das bequemer sein könnte. Der Matratzentopper ist etwas dünn und es lässt sich zu 2. nicht sehr bequem darauf schlafen.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Uitzicht op een grasveld en het zwembad en in de verte de zee. De tuin rondom het huisje en het complex was prachtig. Tien minuten rijden van het oude centrum van Albufeira. Zeker een aanrader!!

Schöne Fewo an traumhafter Algarveküste

14 Tage traumhafter Spätsommerurlaub abseits der Touristenströme. Die Wohnung war komfortabel( bis auf das Sofabett) , mit allem ausgestattet, was notwendig erscheint und gut eingerichtet. Die zur Verfügung gestellten 2 Handtücher(groß und klein) pro Person erschienen uns erst für 14 Tage zu wenig, aber dank der vorhandenen Waschmaschine war das Problem schnell gelöst Die Lage in der Ferienanlage ist paradiesisch ruhig. Alle wunderschönen Badeklippenbuchten waren kurz und schnell erreichbar. angenehm.

Appartement dans un écrin de verdure

Visite de l'Algarve, de ses belles falaises, des spécialités culinaires portugaises du Cap Saint Vincent en passant par Sagres, Lagos( très bien) Albufeira jusqu'à Tavira ! Notre résidence est très bien située pour visiter l'essentiel de l'Algarve. Résidence bien entretenue, calme, avec une belle végétation.

Super Séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de cet appartement idéalement placé dans une charmante résidence. Il y a tout le confort, et nous avons été accueilli par Lorena, une personne au top. Patrick le propriétaire est de bons conseils et communique bien. Seul petit bémol, de fortes odeurs d'eaux sales ou usées remontent par les canalisations de la salle de bain. Nous espérons retourner dans cet résidence l'été prochain. A noter qu'une voiture est plus que recommandée pour le quotidien (courses alimentaires, visites des alentours, ...) Semaine tres agréable en famille

Nous avons passe une agréable semaine chez Patrick. Le complexe est bien arboré, calme. Le logement est très bien équipé. La piscine est à proximité ce qui est un plus pour les enfants. Je le conseille +++. Merci également à Lorena pour sa gentilesse.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Für einen Familien Urlaub mit zwei Kindern (13+7 Jahre) eine super Unterkunft. Tolle Lage mit einem super schönen Pool. Alles sehr organisiert und sauber. Würden auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Goed ingericht appartement met fijn terras

Zeer tevreden over de accommodatie. Jammer dat er te weinig handdoeken waren voor een week. Gelukkig was er een wasmachine. Misschien wat meer vuilniszakken.

Hallo Tiddo, er zijn 2 handdoeken per persoon voor een week en een wasmachine. Jammer dat je tot het einde van je verblijf hebt gewacht om erover te praten. Tegen een meerprijs zou er een extra kavel zijn toegevoegd. Een hotel biedt u een dagelijkse wissel aan, niet in vakantiehuizen. Vuilniszakken, in voldoende aantal voor het verblijf, zijn uitsluitend bestemd voor huishoudelijk afval, recyclebaar afval dient in de daarvoor bestemde containers te worden gegooid. Ein herrlicher Erholungsurlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in der hübschen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die hier eingestellten Fotos sind genau wie im Original :-) Die Terrasse mit der großen Wiese davor haben haben wir gern genutzt. Der Pool ist auch super. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar, zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten Fußmarsch, zur Marina 30 Minuten, einfach herrlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Simone & Volkmar

Kleines stilvolles Apartment mit wunderbarem Garten

Schönes, kleines und sauberes Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat vor allem die großzügige Terrasse mit wunderschönem Garten gefallen. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig. Sehr schöner Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Estadia a beira mar

Esta propriedade esta muito bem localizada, situando-se num aldeamento de moradias, a cerca de 300m da praia, com estacionamento e acesso a piscina pública exclusiva ao aldeamento. Tem uma área razoável para acomodar até 4 pessoas, com beliches e sofá com cama de casal confortáveis. Cozinha e wc adequados. Pequenos eletrodomésticos disponíveis. Apenas considero como negativo a qualidade da internet disponível (que só funcionava durante o período da manhã) e do sinal da tv, que apresentou quase sempre má qualidade de imagem). Do resto consideramos no geral, a estadia muito positiva e com certeza voltaremos a repetir.

Merci Ana Rita pour votre commentaire. Internet fonctionne avec la 4G et les connexions ne sont pas toujours idéales, notamment en période d'affluence. La télévision propose uniquement les chaines locales mais, le beau jardin la remplace avantageusement :)

Limpieza y ubicación inmejorable,la decoración , electrodomésticos todo nuevo. La urbanización muy tranquila ,poca gente en la piscina y alrededores. La única pega ,los establecimientos de alimentación están un poco lejos.

Bonjour Ted, merci pour votre commentaire. J'ai fait fait le choix d'un accueil personnalisé à l'arrivée et au départ ce qui, à mon avis, est toujours plus agréable et sympathique pour le client. Par ailleurs, cela permet d'offrir des horaires d'arrivées beaucoup plus larges ( la réception ferme à 18h00 : comment font les clients après la fermeture ?) Bien cordialement, Patrick
