Facing south, terrace of 21 m2. Very nice view, totally cleared. Comfortable and very well equipped. Wifi, bluetooth speaker, radio & flat screen TV with HDMI2 cable. Vaulted living room of 27m2, fireplace with insert. One bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 bedroom, on the lower level, with 4 beds (1 double bed 140x190 + bunk beds 90x200). A bathroom and a shower room, two separate WC. End of stay cleaning and linen rental optional, payable locally.

Charmant appartement très confortable avec une jolie vue sur la rivière et la montagne. Il est tellement cosy et spacieux que pour la première fois depuis de nombreuses que nous allons au ski nous n’avons pas eu envie de dîner au restaurant mais avons préféré les repas du soir devant un feu de cheminée ! L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, propre. Cerise sur le gâteau, par beau temps, ce qui est courant à Serre Chevalier, vous pourrez profiter d’une magnifique terrasse. Quelques mots de remerciements pour la propriétaire qui est d’une gentillesse et d’une prévenance absolue.

Logement confortable et idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Chantemerle dans ce logement atypique et confortable , loin de l’image des « cages à lapins » que l’on peut trouver en stations de ski. L’appartement sur deux niveaux est situé dans un chalet de village en plein centre ancien de Chantemerle, à 3 ou 4 minutes à pieds du télécabine du Ratier qui donne accès à l’ensemble du domaine de Serre Chevalier. C’est idéal et cette situation nous permettait même de rentrer faire une pause d’une heure le midi au milieu de la journée de ski. Tout les commerces sont à proximité immédiate, et pourtant un calme absolu règne dans le quartier. Le logement est propre , doté de toutes les commodités et bien chauffé. Les deux salles de bain sont appréciables quand il faut prendre 6 douches au retour du ski. Le logement dispose d’une belle terrasse avec vue sur le torrent. La propriétaire a été tout au long de notre séjour à l’écoute de nos questions et était très réactive à nous répondre.

Séjour très agreable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L’appartement est bien équipé et très propre. Il est très bien situé dans le village de Chantemerle à proximité des pistes et commerces. La terrasse est très appréciable et calme (mis à part le bruit de la rivière ). Il n y a juste pas de parking donc il faut stationner sur la route principale, pas toujours facile de se garer.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement au cœur du vieux bourg de Chantemerle. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence de la cheminée et de la terrasse baignée de soleil qui domine la rivière! Encore merci pour ce séjour.

Feuchtigkeit und Geruchsbelästigung

Mit Betreten der Wohnung schlugen uns intensivste Gerüche entgegen: Kamingeruch im Wohnraum und ungewöhnlich intensive Holz- oder andere Gerüche im zweiten Schlafraum. Dieser war nach Vermieterangaben jüngst renoviert worden. Ein Bewohnen und schlafen war hier unmöglich. Nächtliches Lüften durch offenes Fenster kam zudem nicht in Frage, da der unmittelbar unterhalb des Hauses verlaufende Fluss mit seiner überaus lauten Geräuschbildung jedes Schlafen verhindert hätte. Hinzu kam augenscheinliche Feuchtigkeit im Zwischengang zum zweiten Schlafraum - schließlich war hier ein permanent laufendes Entlüftungs- oder Entfeuchtungsgerät installiert und an einigen Stellen löste sich der Putz von der Decke. Alles in allem war die Wohnung eine Zumutung und nicht bewohnbar.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement qui est très agréable, très bien situé et très bien équipé. L’appartement est très agréable, spacieux, bien aménagé et équipé. Son emplacement au cœur du village permet de tout faire à pied. La vue est magnifique et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse dès le petit déjeuner. Le départ des remontées mécaniques est vraiment tout proche, location à retenir pour l’hiver prochain !
