Boasting four bedrooms, “three lavish Master Suites, a charming bunkbed room”, this home has 4 1/2 baths, perfect for a multi-generational family beach trip for two or three families to share. This beautifully decorated home has a living room, dining room, kitchen, screened porch, and a patio. Microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer, 3 TVs, WIFI. Our retreat is a haven of comfort and sophistication. Immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of our outdoor patio, shower and screened-in porch, or relish in culinary delights with the convenience of two dishwashers a fully loaded kitchen with gas stove, oven that you can make your own delicious pizza in and much more. Serenity Cottage is nestled just 75 yards from the beach, accessible through a picturesque, wooded boardwalk, Serenity Cottage invites you to experience a perfect blend of opulence, natural beauty, and serenity.
Ocean Oaks has two private beach access points.
Linens are provided with this rental, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

BEDS: 1 King (upstairs), 1 Cal King (1st floor), 1 Cal King (2nd floor), 1 Twin over Full bunk bed with trundle (2nd floor).

ACCOMMODATES: 10

NO PETS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING. PARKING FOR 3 VEHICLES ONLY.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file, and you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Absolutely wonderful house

Serenity Cottage is beautiful, comfortable and the host has stocked it with everything you might need. The path to the boardwalk and beach is only a few steps away. It was perfect for our multi-generational beach vacation.

Girls & Grands Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Safe and relaxing trip with many memories created. The oven was not repaired in a timely manner. All other amenities were great.

Perfect family reunion!

3 families met there for a perfect weekend! Communication was great when a coffee machine needed to be traded out which happened in under 30 minutes. All the rooms and sleeping spaces were perfect for adults and kiddos. Easy access to pool and beach. Really loved the outdoor screened in porch! Kitchen stocked with everything you could ever need!!

Wonderful Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was wonderful. Love the neighborhood and how quiet and peaceful it is. The house was everything we needed. Perfect size. The oven did not work. So we were not able to use that. You could not use both dishwashers at the same time without the fuse tripping. Some outlets could not handle a lot of power. So had to move things around to get them to work. The downstairs toilets did not flush very well. Had to hold down the lever for a few seconds for everything to go down the toilet. Had a hard time getting the grill to work. Besides these few things, the house was great. We had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend.
