Windy Hill.: Windy Hill is the southernmost section of NMB. It is close to Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, and the Conway Bypass (Rte 22).

Waterpointe: Waterpointe I was originally developed in the mid 1980s. All units are 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The Outdoor and Kiddie Pools complete this property along with the indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor and Kiddie pools are open seasonally. The Beach is your backyard. Free Wireless Internet Access in the lobby encourages a sense of community in this secured building. Parking is a breeze with no hassles of a parking garage.
It is also kept up well as approximately 15 units in the building have full-time residents.

The Unit: Fully renovated unit in 2022. The unit is perfectly located in the building. It is high enough so that ambient noise from the pool does not cause a disturbance yet low enough to yell down if needed. Private/Secure High speed Internet access is available in the unit so that you do not need to visit the lobby to get your e-mail. All the conveniences of home at the beach including a well-equipped kitchen plus washer/dryer makes this a perfect place to vacation. Kids want to watch something different on TV than your choice? Each bedroom is equipped with a cable TV and Roku device.
