The front terrace allows you to take your numerous meals (large table with extension). The rear terrace, well "cocoon" will allow you to laze around. Both will offer you shade or sun simultaneously.
The interior is contemporary and in perfect condition. (see the 2 reviews since our recent arrival on this site).

STAGE 1
-Very bright living room.
-Very functional kitchen.
-A bathroom with new walk-in shower! (Separate toilet)
-A closed loggia with BZ (2 beds), large bay which allows a direct exit to the rear terrace.
FLOOR 2:
-Two beautiful bedrooms with 160 beds (made of two 80 cm beds that can be brought together or separated), or 2 x 2 beds
-A cabin room with window (2 bunk beds + a bed-drawer, or 3 beds of 90)
-A shower room, a WC.
-And ...... a terrace (open or closed depending on your choice): the beautiful sea view will accompany you to read, have a coffee, relax, enjoy the South and the sun!
You also have the option of adding a baby cot (not supplied). And to take advantage of 3 other beds on the terrace (a folding bed of 90 and a BZ). Or, maxi, 12 people.

* parking at the foot of the house
* closed courtyard where your children can play in peace, and where you can also park your car
* cupboards, wardrobes, plenty of storage space will improve your comfort
* mobile barbecue + plancha
* 9 beds in the bedrooms; additional beds are possible (living room BZ and terrace upstairs)
* the location of our house will allow you not to take the car, either for shopping or to go to the beach (300m).
