Villa Torre is located just a few minutes away from Punta Secca, a seaside village that has become famous for the fiction "Il Commissario Montalbano" just a few steps (only 50 meters) from the beautiful beach of Torre di Mezzo, a small village located between the Scalambri Tower on the south and the Torre Vigliena on the north.
The completely free beach also offers an elegant beach resort with excellent facilities which is characterized by fine sand and shallow waters, ideal for children or for those who love sunbathing on the shore.

DESCRIPTION
The Villa has been completely renovated and is particularly comfortable to accommodate 6 people, and is composed of a large living / dining room with a relax area with sofas, kitchen equipped.
The sleeping area is composed with two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom.
The main bathroom with large shower and a secondary bathroom with shower and laundry.
Villa Torre has a large veranda that surrounds the structure offering spaces covered by sun blinds and sunny spaces where you can comfortably sunbathe, the outdoor furniture is comfortable to spend relaxing moments with comfortable sofas and tables with chairs for lunch or dinner 'open.
From the structure you can easily reach: Punta Secca (1 km), Randello (1 km), Donnalucata (8 km), Ragusa Ibla (30 km), Scicli (18 Km), Modica (35 Km), Noto (80 Km), the Comiso airport (20 Km) and all the places of the "Commissario Montalbano".

Nette Wohnung direkt am Strand (50 Meter).. sehr sauber. Leider roch es anfangs etwas muffig in der Wohnung. Ausstattung könnte etwas aufgestockt werden, so war nur eine kleine Espresso Maschine da und bei 4 Erwachsenen waren wir morgens nur am Kaffee kochen. Geschirr und Gläser müssten auch neu angeschafft werden... Toll war der Grill und die nette Terrasse. Leider gab es ein paar Stufen ins Haus, was mit Rollstuhlfahrer schwierig war (ich hatte extra vorher gefragt, ob die Wohnung behindertenfreundlich wäre?!)

Stunning location

Loved the area, location to the beach and the calm, peaceful atmosphere. The perfect tonic for releasing the pressure and stresses of work. Villa was lovely. bright and clean with all the amenities to make your stay perfect. Description on website is totally accurate right down to the proximity to the beach, unlike some I have encountered in the past. Highly recommend this villa 😀

Alles wie versprochen, sehr freundlich und nah beim Strand

Wir waren 1 Woche mit 4 Kindern (5 bis 11 Jahre) dort und es hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sauber, geräumig und entspricht der Beschreibung. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Auto oder Velo sind zu empfehlen. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Schritte von einem sehr schönen Strand, an dem man (wenn die Herbststürme es nicht verhindern - wir waren im Oktober dort) toll baden kann. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Salvatore, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen und unterstützt hat und hervorragend deutsch spricht.

Magnifica vacanza in questa casa molto spaziosa per la mia famiglia con tre figli in tutto 5 persone dove si può stare comodamente anche in 6, aria condizionata al top abbiamo dormito senza problemi nonostante sia stata l'estate più caldo che si ricordi. Provvista di ogni cosa utile per cucinare, se mancava qualcosa bastava chederla che arrivava lo stesso giorno mi riferisco alla richiesta di una padella più grande e nuova perchè la vecchia era molto rovinata. Cambio biancheria e pulizia casa ogni 7 giorni. Spazio esterno rilassante grazie alle tende abbiamo avuto la giusta privacy. A soli 50 metri da una bellissima spiaggia molto affollata nel sabato e domenica sicuramente il periodo di altissima stagione ne è la giusta causa. comodissimo il bagno esterno utile quando si torna dal mare per darsi una scicquata veloce, provvisto anche di lavatrice. Cucina in muratura garantisce una maggiore pulizia, elettrodomestici nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le mete più importanti della zona. Casa lontana da schiamazzi notturni zona molto silenziosa. Siamo stati benissimo.

Ottima posizione e ottima accoglienza

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a settembre, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare un mare splendido,caldo e calmo. La casa dista pochi passa dalla spiaggia in una zona particolarmente rilassante. Noi eravamo in 4 ma saremmo stati comodi anche in 6, con camere grandi e frigorifero enorme, forse diverso da quello i foto, molto apprezzato il bagno esterno, comodo per quando si rientra dalla spiaggia. La ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata cordialissima e professionale, offrendoci bevande fresche e indicazioni da noi cercate.

Soggiorno piacevole ma casa con qualche pecca!

La posizione della casa è ottima a pochi metri da una bella spiaggia sabbiosa. La casa è ben disposta, luminosa e ariosa, ma - a mio avviso - assolutamente non idonea per due coppie (come eravamo noi). Il secondo bagno è esterno alla casa, non ha bidet e utilizzato anche come magazzino! L'aria condizionata è solo in zona pranzo ed in una sola delle camere! Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi di parcheggio ma occorre parcheggiare sulla strada, nessuna area riservata.
