First Time in Huatulco

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Terrazas very much. The condo is located in the heart of La Crucecita. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. It was clean, well furnished, the beds are very comfortable with high quality cotton sheets, and cleaning service once a week was included. The staff was very courteous and professional. Everyone was lovely. We highly recommend it. We thank everyone for making our vacation so pleasant.

Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for the month of Nov/2022. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Nice pool. A/C works great (individual units in each room). Bathroom a bit on the small side. Location was perfect, close to many restaurants, market, parks. 10-15 min walk to 2 large grocery stores. 20 min walk (via touristic corridor) to Santa Cruz and beach.As mentioned in previous reviews, the sun is very strong and the curtains don't block the sun very well. An umbrella on the deck would be great.

Terrazas Condo at La Crucecita

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good. Wasn’t stocked as I would have preferred. Example: only 4 towels ( always washing) no facecloths, no extra hand towels, nothing really for T towels. Only 1 steak knife, even though it sleeps 4. Instead of pass the salt, we said pass the knife On demand hot water was garbage. Never had a warm shower. Started hot for a seconds, then cold for remaining shower. Shower head was plugged solid, hubby had to clean shower head to get any pressure to even rinse hairOverall satisfied with stay 4 out of 5Satisfied with amenities 2 out of 5Property location ..good for being around markets and restaurants, only downside was distance from beach. Took 20 minutes to walk or 35 pesos to cab We found condo clean Property management was good. Biggest complaint was the day before we had to check out. The girl we were dealing with said she couldn’t make it to help us with our check out ( paying for power and returning of condo keys) She just us names to contact ( thank goodness I had experience’s with what’s app) I felt this was very unprofessional and shouldn’t have been our job to find someone from Huatulco Vacations to assist us. That’s one of the reasons we went with a agent. I might add though, the agent that did come on check out day was very pleasant and helpfulYes I would recommend this property Chairs on patio were very uncomfortable

Wonderful location

Also black out drapes would have made a lot of difference
