Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat! This spacious and fully furnished second-floor condo is ideally located in the heart of Santa Cruz—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, local restaurants, and a short stroll or taxi ride to shops and the town square.
There is construction in the area. During holidays there are celebrations nearby and throughout the area. Note: Carnaval celebrations Ash Wednesday through Lent are close by. While many enjoy the celebration it can be loud during this period.

Great location. Smooth check in and condo is very nice and well set up. Balcony is a little narrow and furniture for four didn’t really work. Roof top pool area is very nice shade and sun and great view of cruise ships at the pier. Be careful not to book during the first week of lent. Very noisy carnival at that time adjacent to the property.

Beautiful condo- great location!

We loved staying at the condo! The location is so convenient- close to the beach, walkable to many shops and eateries. Condo is well set up and has a great kitchen to cook in. We enjoyed the rooftop pool as well.

Beautiful Santa Cruz Condo

This is an excellent condo! Within walking distance to the beach, a large variety of restaurants, and small shops.We rented a car, but you can get taxi service for anywhere that is not within walking distance, a large "Walmart" style grocery store, the next town over with lots of fun places to shop for local crafts and art.The trips and activities that are available for everything from snorkeling to baby turtles release.I would highly recommend this condo

Terrible stay

When we arrived in 35 heat, the apt had not been opened nor had the air been turned on. It was not very welcoming.Photos of interior must have been thru a wide angle as the rooms were much smallerThe hot water also was not on for 4 days, a plumber had to come switch it on. I think the manager should be familiar with it, rather than making a comment “ I had no complaints from last tenants. “ Then the carnival came for 6 nights of non stop noise. No peace and quiet at all, and it went on until 3:30 in the morning.Then the “beach club” next door decided to wind up for a night of loud music.It was a very disappointing and actually worst holiday ever. We will not be back.

I'm sorry that your stay was not enjoyable. The condo is true to size and advertised as 997 square feet. The celebration you mentioned is Carnival which occurs every year and aligns with Lent. People travel from all over to experience the celebration and events as part of Carnival but I guess it's not for everyone. Our condo is centrally located in the heart of Santa Cruz and a great location to experience Mexican culture.

Rob and Christine's condo is very centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants, the beach, the marina and 20 minutes to walk to the grocery store.We loved having morning coffees on the balcony and listening to the birds accross the walkway. The balcony was also shaded from about 1:30 pm onwards ( in Mar. )The kitchen was very well equipped and there was nothing we needed that wasnt there. Loved that set of cookware. There is filtered drinking water which we drank for 2 weeks straight with no issues.The condo also contains plenty of clothes storage and hangers.There are also plenty of lights, plugs and usb outlets.We would definitely stay again !

Appartement idyllique et emplacement de rêve!

Nos hôtes, Christina et Rob, étaient très réactifs, service impeccable et très gentils et serviables. L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé pour un séjour prolongé (serviettes, cuisine équipée, literie, séchoir, fer à repasser etc.). Ce qu’on a le plus aimé, c’est l’emplacement à Santa-Cruz, quartier assez central pour explorer les baies de Huatulco. La plage de Santa Cruz est à 4-5 minutes à pieds et au nouvel an, on était privilégiés d’avoir une excellente vue sur les feux d’artifice! Je recommande sans hésiter.
