Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Es la misma propiedad que reserve en el 2022, ahora en el 2023, fue incluso mas dias, pero nunca hicieron una limpieza que deberia de estar considerada ya que reserve del 24 de dic al 4 de enero. el internet pesimo, ya que me entere que el modem que esta en otro departamento, comparten la senal en el que reserve y por supuesto un modem para 2 propiedades es nefasto. no habia secadora de cabello como la ocasion anterior, hubo varios detalles que tuvieron que arreglar durante mi estancia tales como fuga en el cespol del fregadero, pesimo la forma de ver la tv ya que la pantalla es antigua y no tiene la funcionalidad de un smart, provocando hacer triangulaciones que no daban buen resultado

wonderful stay

This condo complex is well kept and maintained. The pool is beautiful. It is in a perfect location! Our condo itself was beautiful and kept up very well with lots of. No problem with beach towels, shower, towels, chairs, umbrellas, everything that you need. we had housekeeping once every 10 days. Lots of nice people stay in this complex. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The only thing I might suggest is artwork there was none on the walls.

My La Crucecita Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental had everything that was needed for a perfect vacation,It was close to the Town square which is perfect to watch the true culture of that area. Local shops with their fresh veggies and fruits were literally across the street from the entrance made it the perfect place to stay.

Loved Our Stay at Terrazas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a gem. Excellent location in the heart of La Crucecita near shops and restaurants. A 20 minute walk through the tourist corridor to Santa Cruz Beach. The condo has very comfortable furniture, we especially loved the couch. It can be so hard to find comfy furnishings on vacation rentals where most owners are fitting them with Ikea furniture. The place was very clean. Kitchen is well equipped with a full size stove and refrigerator. The AC worked very well. The property management staff were very professional, kind, and courteous. They responded to our inquiries within minutes and took action right away. We highly recommend this place.

Great area

Location is very close to so many wonderful restaurants. People are friendly, safe and town is very clean. Our room was well equipped with all our kitchen needs. Very nice clean unit, would stay here again. Only thing we couldn't use was the TV as you need an amazon.com account. We just used are own laptop to watch movies. Gracias
