This 9th floor condominium has the best unobstructed views of the sunrise and sunset in Majestic Sun. The sunset view is spectacular. This condo has FREE WIFI, a large flat screen TV and a blue ray player. Granite countertops through this beautiful condo.

It has a 18 hole golf course, eight tennis courts, heated indoor/outdoor pool, workout facility and covered parking.

This one bedroom, two bath unit has a King-size bed in the master bedroom, twin bunks in the hall way and a queen sleeper.

The kitchen is completely supplied with everything you need and has stainless steel appliances.

The condo is located very close to the Silver Sands Outlet mall, Destin airport, Sandestin and The Whale's Tale.

Convenient location, right across the street from the beach, close to grocery, shopping, and entertainment. It was nice to have the trash disposal right across the hall and a foot wash station near the building entrance. Great covered parking on campus. So glad the unit has two bathrooms and laundry, which made the week go smoothly with having the kiddos with us. Host has everything set for ease and good communication.

Beautiful view and property. Beach right across the street. Restaurants nearby. Heated pool is perfect for when it’s too cold and windy outside. Make sure you bring your own towels towels are only provided for a fee. King size bed is very comfortable.
