Spacious and classy 1 bedroom flat in trendy Fox Park neighborhood. It's a first floor unit - recently rehabbed with a gourmet kitchen.
Easy access to St Louis attractions, entertainment/business districts, and restaurants.
Less than 3 miles to Arch grounds, Cardinals ballpark, Enterprise Center/Blues arena, Union Station, Barnes/Childrens Hospital, The Grove &CWE,

The apartment is super clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. It has occupancy for 2 people. The unit is NOT baby/toddler proofed - no young children.
There is plenty of free street parking right in front of building.

It is a private space with all of the amenities that you need.

Live in upstairs unit so if you need something - I probably have it. Work a lot but you can always reach me

Quiet and convenient

Quiet residential neighborhood with historic homes. Short drive to The Fabulous Fox or downtown. Close to I-44 but not close enough to hear it. Feels like home! Lovely place!

Beautiful Condo

Karen’s condo was beautiful! It was decorated tastefully and very clean. Nice, safe neighborhood and I had no problem finding parking in the street. Hope to stay here again for my next trip to St Louis.

nice neighborhood

we really enjoyed our stay. Big spacious beautifully updated kitchen. Karen responded to any questions or concerns right away. All the towels, toiletries, and cleaning products provided were high quality. We had no problem finding a close parking place on the street. Everything was great.
