My name is "TYKOANT", which in Breton means "pretty cottage". You will soon be charmed by my comfort and character, and feel at home instantly. I can accommodate between 2-7 people.

I am classed 3 star "Very Comfortable Meuble de Tourism" and have a recommendation by "Clevacances". I am a typical Breton house of character, decorated in regional style, colourful and comfortable with central heating. I have a pretty walled garden, full of flowers in Spring and Summer. My large sitting room has an open fire, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, cooker and washing machine and a lovely conservatory dining room, full of light and open onto the garden. I have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, parking and WIFI.

My position 150 metres from the beach is ideal for you to discover the lovely beaches of Tregastel, coastal walks and the beautiful Granit Rose Coast. I am available to rent all year and my open fire in the sitting room will warm your toes on chilly evenings.

Local amenities include, The Forum heated (30 degrees) sea water swimming pool, coastal walks, sailing, surfing, canoeing, diving, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, Spa Hotels and Casino at nearby Perros Guirec.

Water, electricity and domestic fuel are metered, read upon your arrival and departure and charged at current rates at the end of your stay. The Leisure Tax for those over 18 will be charged at the local rate.

Perfect Gite

Jeannine and Pierre - Yves are charming and kind hosts. The Gite was spotless, extremely well furnished and equipped. looks even better than the photos. The garden is pretty with both sunny and shaded areas with lots of tables, chairs and a BBQ. The beach is only about 100mt away and one of nicest we have seen in Europe. Less than a 10 minute walk to the village centre with a great boulangerie and other shops bars etc.We would highly recommend this property.

Alles perfektWir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen bretonischen Haus sehr genossen. Alles entsprach genau der Beschreibung und dem Bildmaterial. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt benötigt. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Matratzen in den Betten waren sehr gut und bequem und die wunderbaren Zudecken möchte ich nicht unerwähnt lassen. Der schöne Garten lädt bei entsprechendem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und der schöne Strand war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Zu verschiedenen Bäckereien und für kleine Einkäufe waren es höchstens 15 Minuten. Ganz besonders erwähnenswert waren die sympathischen Besitzer des Ferienhauses, Pierre-Yves und Jeannine, die uns mit frischen Produkten aus ihrem Garten und selbstgemachtem leckerem Cidre äusserst freundlich empfingen. Auch Restaurantvorschläge sowie Tipps für Touren und Wanderungen hatten sie für uns bereit.Wir können dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Séjour a Trégastel

Magnifique endroit sur la côte de granit rose. Maison qui a répondu complètement a notre attente, fonctionnelle, literie top, et ce calme !!A 150 mètres de la mer, de superbes balades avec des paysages qui changent regulierement, et ce soleil,pendant 7 jours en plein mois d'avril !! Des hôtes sympathiques, qui prennent le temps de vous accueillir, de discuter avec vous et vous donner les endroits à visiter absolument. Bref un séjour au top que je vous conseille.D

Ein gemütliches Haus in toller Lage!

Die Lage ist einfach ideal. In 2 Minuten läuft man zu den herrlichen Stränden und kann dort wunderbar wandern oder schwimmen. Über den Küstenwanderweg kommt man sogar direkt nach Sainte Anne und weiter zur Ile Renote. Die Ortsmitte mit ihren vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Das Haus erweckt durchgehend den Eindruck eines traditionellen bretonischen Hauses ohne modischen Schnickschnack. Die Holztreppe in die erste Etage ist steil, aber für Gäste ohne Gehbehinderung einwandfrei zu nutzen. Die beiden von uns genutzten Matratzen sind recht fest und sicherlich gesund für den Rücken - genau mein Geschmack! Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber Jeannine und Pierre-Yves für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

3 wochen und noch zu wenig. super haus und garten. ruhige wohngegend. alles vorhanden was mann benötigt. sehr netter empfang und sehr nette einweisung. dieses haus in dieser umgebung...phantastisch. 150 m. zum strand. ohne ende tolle wanderwege vor der tür. sehr schönes restaurant 3 min. zu fuss. bäcker und lebensmittel 10 min. zu fuss. wir sind sehr froh unseren urlaub hier verbringen zu dürfen.

Une maison et un site idéaux pour des vacances en famille

Le contact direct avec les propriétaires est une valeur sûre. Ils ont répondu à nos questions, nous ont accueillis très agréablement. La maison est très confortable, fonctionnelle (comme sur l'annonce). Deuxième atout : tout peut se faire à pied, même pour des petites jambes de 3 ans ! Plage de sable, rochers de granit rose ,randonnées de littoral, ile Renote. Troisième atout : tous les commerces de proximité à 10 minutes à pied. Ce séjour a ravi autant les adultes que les enfants. Merveilleux séjour

Une maison très agréable, la véranda est super agréable, idéale pour prendre les repas. Le petit jardin est une perle pour prendre l'apéro, les repas ou se reposer. Tout est bien équipé et très propre. Trégastel est un endroit magique et l'emplacement de la maison est top, proche de tout, pas besoin de voiture. Sehr schmuckes, kleines, typisch bretonisches Haus in bester Lage. Liebevoll eingerichtet von den charmanten Eigentümern. Strand in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wir kommen wieder

Sehr nette Vermieter, im Haus fehlt es an nichts für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die unmittelbare Nähe zu den ganz tollen Stränden aber auch die kurze Wegstrecke zu Bäcker, Metzger, Meeresfrüchte-Spezialgeschäft, Wochen- und Supermarkt - einfach super. Die ruhige Lage haben wir sehr genossen - Wanderwege starten praktisch ab Haus.

Nous avons accueilli dans notre maison Brigitte et Klaus. ces vacanciers aimables et très respectueux, bien sûr seront à nouveau les bienvenus. Comme ils ne parlais pas le français, nous avons échangé sans problème en anglais. We received Brigitte und Klaus in our holidays house. We enjoyed meeting them; they are very kind and respectful people. As they did not speak French, we exchanged without problems in English.

Couple agé, nous voulions une location tout confort près de la plage, et nous l'avons trouvée! Maison comportant tout le confort, literie impeccable, accueil chaleureux, situation parfaite, aucun souci de parking, et en plus il a fait très beau temps… Nous reviendrons le plus souvent possible!!!
