THE FRAMEWORK :

Located in Les Sables Vignier on a fenced and wooded plot of 1100 m2, ideal location facing the national forest at about 600 m. from the beach of Bonnes (by the cycle track or by the forest) and the village of Domino.

The cycle path in fact passes in front of the house to reach this beautiful beach of the Island (Blue Flag), the typical village of Domino at 5 minutes or the small tourist port of La Cotinière at 20 minutes.

THE HOUSE :

From space ! : Single-storey villa of 107 m2 with large covered terrace facing the garden (facing west / ocean) and garage for storing your personal belongings: luggage, bikes, boards, roof box,...

- Large and very pleasant living / dining room of 35 m2 overlooking the garden and the terrace via two French windows. Cream-colored Romeo sofa and armchairs. The sofa converts into a 2-seater bed with mattress topper for added comfort.

- A 12 m2 bedroom with a new 160 cm bed, a dressing room and a chest of drawers.

- A 12 m2 bedroom with 2 separate 90 beds or can be contacted, a large built-in wardrobe, a satellite TV with blu-ray player.

- A bathroom renovated in 2019 with walk-in shower and various storage spaces.

- A separate toilet .

- A kitchen renovated in 2017 of 10 m2 overlooking the terrace.

Top location to relax and for sightseeing.

I wasn't in good health after an surgery. The house, the sea, the restaurants and the area helped me a lot to get back on my feet. Highly recommended and perfect for dog owners.

Very nice house

We enjoyed our stay very much. The contact to the owner was Great and he helped us with the heating, because the nights were really cold in September. A bakery was nearby. The House is a Little old, unfortunately without wifi, but otherwise everything was there.

Dark and uncomfortable house

Not a great place to stay. No good for dogs, beach a long walk and no dogs. Beds, pillows uncomfortable. Garden dark and dismal, no flowers just weeds. House cold, but weather was bad. No WFI, terrible in bad weather. Plastic mattress cover on double bed, no guest comforts, silly little pillows one each. Front door difficult to open with key. In all, a complete waste of money. Would not recommend.

Jamais vu de tels locataires en 7 ans d'exploitation: hystérique et irrespectueux. Je ne répondrai donc à aucune des inepties proférées dans cet avis sauf celle concernant les chiens, sujet qui me tient à coeur, étant propriétaire d'un Berger d'Asie Centrale de plus de 60 kg ( qui adore cette maison et son environnement, lui !) et accessoirement ayant été par le passé délégué enquêteur à la SPA. La maison, entièrement clôturée sur 1000 m2 environ est située à 700 m. de la plage ( c'est écrit sur l'annonce): on peut s'y rendre aisément à pieds, notamment par des sentiers forestiers devant la maison et faire de superbes balades. c'est donc en effet un cadre " no good for dogs", LOL !!! Les chiens sont par contre interdits en journée sur la plage l'été ( mais autorisés en laisse le reste du temps) comme sur la quasi totalité des plages en France: Vous ne le saviez pas ? Pour terminer, un conseil sur le chauffage que vous avez endommagé en voulant à tout prix le mettre en marche début septembre ( normal, c'est la saison des glaces à Oléron !) : Pour qu'il fonctionne...il faut allumer la chaudière ! Pour conclure, vous n'avez pas aimé ma maison et Oléron: Et bien, restez chez vous et n'y revenez jamais !

séjour sympathique à Oléron

La maison est très bien située pour accéder à la plage à pied. Le grand jardin clos a été bien apprécié par notre chien de même que pour garer les voitures.Les équipements de la maison sont tout à fait adéquats pour passer de bons moments.Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine et retenons l'adresse!

Super séjour !!!!

Nous avons passé un super semaine dans cette maison fort agréable. La proximité de la plage et le petit chemin par la forêt pour y accéder, nous ont enchanté ainsi que nos deux chiens. Le jardin est grand et bien clos. Bref une super maison de vacances que l'on a eu du mal a quitter.Nous reviendrons très certainement !!!

Fantastisch huis

Het huis, de locatie , alles klopte!!!! Behalve dat het huis enorm vervuild is. Afzuigkap vreselijk smerig, badkamer vervuild, in de slaapkamer met enkele bedden schimmel op de muur en dat rook je ook in de kastenwand, muur naast de vaatwasser vies, alle schakelaars voor verlichting en stopcontacten niet schoon en het had leuk geweest als het gras gemaaid zou zijn. Heel jammer, als het huis schoon was geweest hadden wij daar zeker terug gekomen.

U heeft tijdens uw verblijf helemaal niets gemeld: vreemd! Het huis is sinds 2018 verhuurd en de recensies zijn zeer goed. Ik stel iedereen gerust: het huis is schoon, maar aan de andere kant kom je nooit meer terug naar mijn huis.

Un rafraichissement de la location serait à prévoir, ou du moins un bon lessivage (sols, vitres, rideaux..) La literie est par contre propre et confortable.

Schöner Urlaub auf der Insel

Das Haus ist für vier Personen großzügig, besonders das Wohn-/Esszimmer ist groß. Die Schlafzimmer sind funktional und schön eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem. In der Küche sind die Küchenschränke etwas in die Jahre gekommen (hängendes Türscharnier), die Elektrogeräte waren moderner und funktionierten gut. Die Toilette hat leider permanent unangenehm gerochen und leider war auch vor Anreise nicht sehr ordentlich geputzt worden. Das Haus hat eine große und schattige Terrasse mit Tisch und Sitzplätzen, zwei Liegen und eine große Wiesenfläche, auf der Kinder sehr gut Ball spielen können. In der Garage gibt es zwei Fahrräder, die sich für Touren über die Insel eignen, und auch andere Spielgeräte. Der nahgelegene Strand ist sehr schön. Der Standort des Hauses ist zudem ideal für allerlei Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. Wir hatten dort wunderbare Ferienwochen!

maison au calme et idéalement située pour visiter l'ile.

Séjour agréable dans cette maison bien équipée, bien située pour visiter l'ile (ses plages ses villages...). Accueil agréable avec de plus en cadeaux de bienvenue une galette locale et une bouteille de pineau. Le calme de l'environnement chant des oiseaux, les couchers de soleil sur la plage des Bonnes à 10 mn à pied, La pêche à pied près du phare de Chassiron à 15 mn en voiture et le poisson, les crustacés et huitres fraîches à La Cotinière (15 mn en voiture). En fait pour profiter pleinement des richesses de l'il, cette location est idéale.

Tolles Objekt und super Service!

Ein geräumiges Haus mit einem Riesengarten. Sehr gut gelegen sowohl was den Abstand zum Strand wie auch die Lage auf der Insel betrifft. Komplett eingezäunt und nicht einsehbar was für uns und unseren Hund ein entspanntes Verweilen garantierte. Der Kontakt mit Alain dem Vermieter und Myriam die sich vor Ort gekümmert hat was unglaublich freundlich und schnell. Alle unseren Fragen auch vor Ort wurden per Mail sofort beantwortet. Haus und Garten sind gut ausgestattet und sogar Fahrräder für den schnellen weg zum wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang stehen zur Verfügung. Ein Ort der jedenfalls sehr zu Empfehlen ist.

Wunderbarer Urlaub Juni 2020

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden in dem Haus. Die Beschreibung des Objektes passt zu 100%. Die Nähe zum Strand ist phantastisch. Das große Grundstück für die Hunde ein großer Spaß. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist wirklich lobenswert. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert 👍

Einrichtung, Mobilar (sehr gutes Sofa und Sessel), Garten, Küchenausstattung in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Preis-Leistunsverhältnis angemessen. Durch den großen Gartn kann man zu jeder Tageszeit in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen.

Très agréable séjour fin aout

La maison est conforme à la description, fonctionnelle, elle a tout ce qu'il faut pour une location de vacances. La décoration est sobre et l'ambiance intérieure est chaleureuse. Certaines pièces ont été rénovées, notamment les chambres, simple et de bon goût. L'extérieur est plutôt grand et idéalement aménagé par le propriétaire pour accueillir un animal en toute sécurité et passer du temps dans le jardin. Très proche de la grande "plage des bonnes", on peut y aller à pied sans problème. De plus, la piste cyclable est à 10m. Il y a un grand garage pour ranger des vélos. La rue est passante mais pas bruyante. Côté amélioration pour rendre la location encore meilleure ; baignoire dans la salle de bain à rénover, un lave vaisselle plus grand et idéalement un sèche linge (si météo capricieuse) Tous nos remerciements à M.VERGNET pour cette belle location et sa délicate attention en début de séjour. Bravo pour ce bien. Recommandé +++ pour vacances en famille avec animaux pour visiter et découvrir l'île. Merci

Nous avons en effet quelques améliorations à apporter ( il s'agit de notre première année de location) et notamment à la salle de bain où nous allons changer probablement la baignoire pour la saison prochaine.
