The Maxwelton Beach Escape is a spacious two story 1664 square-foot level sandy beach waterfront home. It has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings throughout. There is a free standing propane fireplace, 43” Smart TV with soundbar and plenty of living room space to relax after a day of playing in the large yard or walking for miles on the sandy beach.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a large dining table with seating for eight.

A king bed is in the main level bedroom, for those that don't want to deal with stairs. The large upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, portable AC unit and a great view of the shipping lanes & sunsets. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed & two twin beds for those families with a lot of kids.

The large yard has its very own horseshoe pit along with plenty of room to play yard games. The covered deck makes it possible to enjoy a family meal at the outside table, no matter what the weather is doing! There are two large sunshades you can pull down, to provide additional shade while on the covered deck, in the late afternoons.

Relax on the covered deck, watching an occasional eagle or osprey fly by, while listening to the waves crashing on the beach. Plans for a platform deck located out by the beach, are in the works! There is a freestanding firepit and a private boardwalk to your own beach, so don't forget to bring some firewood & the makings for S’more’s!

Make sure to bring your kayaks or paddle boards, as you can launch them right from your own beach, directly in front of the house!

Other amenities in the home include wifi, a DVD/Blueray player, 43“ Smart TV, propane bbq, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a washer and dryer.

There is a community park just up the street with a playground and baseball diamond, so bring your gloves & bats if you want to play ball! The home is located almost at the end of a dead-end flat road, so bring your bicycles too!

Maxwelton Beach is known as one of the best beaches on South Whidbey, to watch the gorgeous sunsets! Come create memories that will last a lifetime & enjoy all that Whidbey has to offer.

Please be aware there is only parking for two vehicles at this time. Additional parking to accommodate a third vehicle will be available, as of July 1st.
