Private Island Vacation

Bring your family for a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beaches, golf, volleyball, and other activities on this private island only a 20 minute boat ride from Everett marina. It is a private island so please before booking check Hat Island ferry schedule (hatisland.com/ferry) to make sure there’s a ferry available on days you’re going.
House has a big yard with an extra bluff-lot across the road with a shed that stores outdoor supplies like hammock, camp chairs, games, etc.
The fire pit overlooks a 15-mile Southern view and is very fun to enjoy a bonfire with your friends & family.

The house is nice but the housekeeper needs to do a better job. First day on the island my grandkids was exploring and my oldest granddaughter fell through the wraparound deck. And all that I got back from the owner was is she okay. The ferry changes their schedule so you don't know exactly when they're coming in or when they're going out. The island itself is very peaceful the people there are very nice but I could have had a better experience.

Family Reunion Stay

We had rented this house previously and rented it again for a family gathering. It has been great both times we’ve rented. The house is nicely arranged for accommodating couples, families, and individuals, and provides a comfortable spot for spending relaxing time on beautiful Hat Island. The lot and picnic table across the road provide a wonderful view of Puget Sound, boats, and the state ferries.

Good Location Comfortable Home

Beautiful Location

Peaceful and beautiful property. House accommodated our party of 9 nicely but was a little dirty upon arrival. Communication with host was a bit rocky.

This was the worst property my family of 7 has visited. The Ferry ride that we had to pay an addtional 200 for. The island admin is extremely pushy and grabby. She stopped and questioned us before we even got off the ramp while other people are telling us to move and get out of the way. Shes grabbing at our bags since we brought sparklers and pop it's (approved by the host) and pushing my son back by his chest instead of just asking him to move. The truck that comes with the house is FILLED with mold on everything.The house is poorly kept and looks nothing as advertised. The grass and bushes are over-grown, There is no direct beach access, you can barbeque if you want to clean it yourself and bring your own propane. The sink, toilet, floor, counters, and table tops were all dirty despite the owners claim there was a cleaner there. There are big spiders everywhere and we spent over an hour cleaning upon arrival. EVERY TOWEL WAS DIRTY. And I mean Mold and Black Stains dirty. We couldnt shower until my mom paid an extra 30 to take the ferry back home to get clean towels. The bedding was dirty and stained in at least 2 rooms. There was literal dirt in the sheets. The entire experinece was awful. BEWARE.
