It is a private island so please before booking check Hat Island ferry schedule (hatisland.com/ferry) to make sure there’s a ferry available on days you’re going.
House has a big yard with an extra bluff-lot across the road with a shed that stores outdoor supplies like hammock, camp chairs, games, etc.
The fire pit overlooks a 15-mile Southern view and is very fun to enjoy a bonfire with your friends & family.
