The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Be sure to run the dishwasher with any final dirty dishes. If possible, put the dishes away before you leave.
Put all used towels on bathroom floors and do NOT make any bed that has been used.
Set thermostats to 72.
Close all windows and doors.
Move the patio furniture back to its original place and recover.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
