Nice property and convenient location. Home and pool were clean and inviting. IMG was a little over a 15 minutes away so an easy drive to and from soccer with many food options close. There is also 2 washers and dryers which made having uniforms ready for the next morning fast and easy.

A Perfect Holiday!!

Our family spent the holidays here and had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful, clean, organized and cozy – exactly as represented in the pictures, but even better. Communication with the host was excellent and they thoughtfully provided many great essentials to make us feel at home. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home to spend the holidays together.I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the owners. Clean and private pool house.

Home was in a nice subdivision with good access (by car) to retail and restaurants, 30 or so minutes to beaches. House was very clean and updated, comfortable beds, nice linens. Yard was surrounded by a privacy fence. Though it lacked much in the way of landscaping, it did have a grill, a covered sitting area (but no dining table), and two nice loungers. Pool was great. I had asked to have it heated at 88 degrees and manager was happy to do so. We asked the groundskeeper about a floaty for the pool, and an hour later a huge inflatable flamingo showed up at our front door! A nice rental. I'd go again.
