Our home is perfect for a group of 20+
It offers a relaxing experience to enjoy the backyard woods, while your group has many places to spread out across three floors of space.

The main floor includes a spacious and well-equipped kitchen (including toasters, air fryer, mixer, cooking tools, spices), with upgraded appliances (Bosch dishwasher, new fridge and oven). A large dining area with extra tables and chairs if needed. Gathering spaces include high ceiling large family room, and a separate casual living room with games and cushions. This floor includes bedrooms #1 (queen bed) with view of the woods, and #2 (queen bed) with office desk, and two bathrooms. And a gas fireplace for cool nights. A large screen TV with Roku, and a solid wifi connection for all your computer needs.

The second floor upstairs is the master bedroom #3 (king bed) with view to the woods and separate bathroom, bedroom #4 (king) with view to the woods, bedroom #5 (queen), and bedroom #6 (queen), and another full bathroom.

The fully finished basement (with hardwood floors and high ceilings) includes two bedrooms (#7 queen and #8 queen), a full bathroom and large living room. The basement also includes four dorm-style twin beds (Beds #9-12 single beds).

Sleeps 20 guests comfortably (plus couches).

This home has a private yard that backs to woods, with outdoor grill, hammock, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor seating for hanging out.

Gardner and housecleaner provided for stays >1 week.

Fall is a spectacular time to spend in the Saratoga area for leaf-looking, apple picking, fall hikes. And winter for skiing at local mountains Gore Mountain (1 hr), West Mountain (21 min) and Willard Mountain (40 min).

Nearby access to the highway to get to downtown Saratoga Springs (5 mi), Saratoga Race Course (6 mi), Adirondack Mountains, Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) Ballet/Orchestra, Lake George (20 mi), and Moreau State Park.

The house was a perfect setup for our larger group. Very clean, spacious with plenty room and the amenities were amazing! Communication with the property owners was great and they were exceptional hosts. If you have a group coming to the Saratoga Springs area, I highly recommend this house!

Perfect track weekend

The house was even better than the photos showed. Lots of space for a guys weekend at the track. Kitchen was well equipped, extra fridge in the garage, back deck seating area was great. The owner was available for any questions we had and really made us feel welcome. Only a 15 minute ride to the track and downtown was so convenient! Would highly recommend this property.

Our family had a wonderful time. The home has a warm feeling with plenty of space to stretch out. We have a large family and we never felt crowded or in each others way. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Great Friends Getaway

We were a party of 14 adults booked the house for 3 days to go lake George. Everybody slept confortable and had privacy. The house is as described in the listing. There are plenty of stores 10 min away (walmart, target, etc). The property owner was very attentive and communicative. We will def book this next time we are in the area.

Excellent Saratoga group friendly home with responsive hosts!

Our group stopped by Saratoga as a part of a road trip down from Maine and had a great time despite a few hiccups. Many of these were beyond our host's control but they did the best they could and ensured consistent communication every step of the way, which is what I value the most when staying at properties. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful and spacious home for large groups in a very convenient location in Saratoga Springs.

Large, beautiful home close to downtown Saratoga

We came up to Saratoga for a guy's weekend and needed a house that could accomodate the size of our group. This place was fantastic and met all of our needs. Big, clean, and close to downtown Saratoga. The owner was very responsive in answering any of our questions too. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a vacation spot in Saratoga.

Great spot for a group!

We had an amazing time here! Our group had 12 adults and a 1 year old baby and there was more than enough space for all of us. (The family with the baby had the full finished basement to themselves for a quiet little getaway and it worked out perfectly.) The house itself is clean and comfortable and has a great layout to accommodate a group of our size to all be together in the common spaces. The house had really everything we needed, so we spent a lot of time there cooking meals and hanging out. It is also a close drive/Uber ride from the track and downtown which was a huge perk! The hosts Matt and Kim had great communication and made check in/out very easy and efficient. They had some great brunch weekend brunch recommendations as well!
