Welcome to this seasonal rental, in this furnished part, of the HENRIETTE villa, completely autonomous, of approximately 70 m2, on one level, and located on the front line.
Large terraces with summer lounge, tables, chairs, deckchairs, hammock, plancha ...
Spectacular view of the harbor.
Everything can be done on foot, including reaching the city center by strolling along the promenade, which runs along the beach or by taking the free shuttle.
No car traffic in front of the villa.
Bakery, press, pharmacy, butcher, doctor, convenience store, caterer, cheese maker, fishmonger and restaurants are within 200 m.

DESCRIPTION:
- The house offers you the possibility of parking for a car, which you can no longer touch:
- an entrance,
- two bedrooms with double beds of 140 and 160,
Household linen not provided (sheets, pillowcases and towels),
four pillows (65/65 cm), two mattress pads and two blankets provided, with tea towels and bath mats.
- an independent WC,
- a bathroom with sink and shower,
- a fitted and complete kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, kettle, ... open to living / dining room,
- two large terraces, including that on the port, of more than 70 m2.

ACTIVITIES / EXITS:
Beaches, Pilat dune, golf, equestrian center, fishing, shopping, bike rides, tennis, spa, swimming pool, winter town, casino, etc.
Boat trip "shuttle" from Arcachon to Cap-Ferret.
Possibility of boat rental, jet ... for beautiful walks on the basin.

We will welcome you in person.
Depending on our availability, we can pick you up at the station by car, if you have no means of transport.
The train station is just a 15-minute walk away.

INTERNAL RULES:
No noisy festive evenings, no pets.
Cleaning at the end of the stay is compulsory and provided at a fixed price of 50 Euro.
ARRIVAL: between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
DEPARTURE: before 11 a.m.
Mainly from Saturday to Saturday, but we will study your requests according to our possibilities
July and August: reservation by the fortnight, in priority.
A 1200 Euro deposit will be requested upon arrival (check or cash)
An inventory / inventory (entry / exit) will be carried out.
You are asked for a certificate of civil liability.
