It is hard to imagine a better site than this. The villa stands on high ground about 300m from the beach and 500m from Latsi's harbour. With superb views of the sea and the sunset over nearby Akamas National Park.
The design of the villa have been carefully conceived to make the most of the views, with a large window facing seawards from the attractive lounge and balcony's.
A modern,spacious and eell-designed living area comprising of an open-plan kitchen/dining room with a kitchen and six chairs, patio doors leading to a covered terrace and pool with barbecue.
The villa has lawned gardens surrounding the swimming pool and its sunny terrace, offering excellent views.
Guests will find the accommodation of an excellent standard.

General information:: The Akamas National Park offers a host of activities for the more active holidaymaker and/or nature lover. A choice of beaches are just a short drive away. Watersports are plentiful. Boat trips and motorboats for hire are available in Latchi. Step back in time and visit the many, many historic sites the Paphos region has to offer. Explore the legend of Goddess Aphrodite, start with the Baths of Aphrodite-you can walk or drive there from the house! Cyprus now produces some fine wines, visit the wineries of the area just a short drive away. Local bus services run between Latchi and Polis. A regular bus to Paphos operates from Polis. Car hire is highly recommended, try a 4-wheel drive so you may explore off road! Ski in the Troodos Mountains in the winter season (2hrs drive). Polis Tourist Information Office will help visitors get the most from their holiday, whatever your interest!

Local Activities:: Cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, water parks, ancient archaeological sites, museums, mini cruses.

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. The welcome pack was a nice touch, as was the maid service. The villa is spotlessly clean and well looked after. The pool was the same spotless. Would highly recommend and if we were to come back to Cyprus would stay again.

Relaxing and pleasant stay

My 22 year old son and I spent a week in mid december in this pleasant villa. Even if the weather was sunny and warm for the period (20 degrees), the villa was a little bit cold inside and this could be improved thanks to heat air conditioning, but only in the bedrooms upstairs. The house is well situated and quiet but I cannot tell how it woulb be in summer as only two villas were occupied (out of six). Chris is quite friendly and was available if needed. Anyway, I would recommend the place. It's a pity that there's nothing left in the kitchen if you want to cook (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar...) or clean dishes (liquid soap, cloth, dish sponge...)

Wonderful relaxing holiday

This is our 2nd stay at the Villas and it did not disappoint again. We stayed in Villa Elias this time and it was great to have everything on one floor. The villa is impressive and so clean. The pool is kept impeccably clean, as are the gardens. Very private. Chris was there to meet us and was available at any time if needed. The walk down through the orchard into Latchi harbour is great, as is the coastal walk from Latchi to Polis. The weather was scorching the whole time with clouds being seen only on the last two days on and off - still hot enough to use the lovely pool. A lovely relaxing and easy holiday. We will be back again.

Villa has a lovely outlook to Latchi harbour and sea.

The information given needs correcting. We were told on arrival that the maid service was not twice a week as stated, but once. Our booking was for four weeks but she only came three times. The heating consisted of aircon heater on wall in sitting area and bedroom, it was very cold and we asked for another heater. This was brought but we were told an additional charge was going to be made unless the aircon heater was turned off, which was done. Towels remained damp as no heating in bathroom. An attractive villa, well situated, but should be for summer letting unless heating is improved.

Latchi Villa Propery 16300

The photos on the website do not do the property justice as the gardens have now matured and flowering shrubs encircle the garden. The villa was spotless on our arrival and the efficient and discreet maid service was a bonus. The villa and pool were a great place to relax & the views from the terrace each morning were spectacular - a combination of olive groves, sea, harbour and mountains! There is a wide choice of restaurants in both Latchi and Polis serving traditional Cypriot food & the villa is nicely situated for visits to the mosaics and Tomb of the Kings at Paphos and also expeditions up into the Troodos Mountains. All in all this was one of the best villas that we've ever stayed in.

Holidaying with Chris, again. 26th June 2010.

This is the perfect get away from it all, relaxing, do nothing at all type of holiday. All you need within walking distance. We have been coming to these villas (Villa Fotis, as well) for years. This holiday was spent with our "children" and their partners. We were in Villa Cyprus and also hired Villa Fotis for our children. Both Villas are immaculate and would definately recommend them to anyone. Views and sunsets are amazing. Chris is always available when needed. Villa and pool cleaning are comprehensively completed with the minimum of fuss. The only problem this year was that a week wasn't enough, so we booked another week in late September. Chriselini Villas

The villa is well furnished and equipped, and very clean. The pool and gardens are very well maintained. It is in a peaceful location and the sea view from the terrace is lovely. You can watch the swallows and the beautiful sunset each evening. Polis and Latchi are within walking distance and just a few minutes by car. We have just returned after a week's holiday and look forward to returning.

Once again a wonderful stay!

This May we have returned to Villa Cyprus and once again, as in May 2009, we very much enjoyed our stay there! The villa offers all what is needed for a wonderful holiday: A nice and quiet surrounding; from the terrace you oversee the slopes between Latchi and Polis and you have an unspoilt view on the deep blue Mediterranean sea. The villa is well-furnished and -maintained. A car is not needed - the next supermarket is just a 10 minutes and the restaurants in Polis are a 20 minutes walk away. Internet access is fast and reliable - and if help is needed, Chris is always willing to help! Thanks for your hospitality, Chris - we will return to your villa, hopefully this autumn, but in spring next year at the latest!

Beautiful location, fantastic sunsets, good food

Villa is immaculate, nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen. Nice gardens, good size pool, which is attended to every morning, and in a really good location, between Polis and Latchi. The villa is well off the road so peaceful but you can walk from the villa to Latchi in 15 minutes and Polis is only 5 minutes in the car. Lovely sea views and fantastic sunsets from the villa. The service we received from Chris, the owner was really good, nothing was too much trouble. He was particularly helpful as we were stranded during the volcanic ash cloud and we were able to stay on in the villa. There are lots of marked walking routes in the Akamas Peninsula and several picturesque villages as well as a lovely beach all within 15/20 minutes driving. We found a number of good restaurants in Latchi and Polis. We had a lovely holiday and definitely plan to return to the Villa Cyprus

My husband Phil and I stayed at this villa Sept 2009. Absolutely fantasic! No complaints at all. Furnished and fitting to a very high standard, scenery wonderful. Loved Polis, Latchi ok but Polis much better. Local restaurants - wonderful food, we didnt have a bad meal in our 11 days there. Was great to have bbq in the eve at the villa and just sit and chill in the warm evenings. Weather fantastic. We hired a car at the airport and the vila was so easy to find, good directions from Chris. Pool very clean and villa cleaned to a high standard. Would we return? OH YES FOR SURE. Chris was very helpful too and such a nice guy, nothing too much trouble, even we when locked ourselves out of the villa!! You must got there.

Summer 09 - The Miller Family

Our first and most definately not last visit to Cyprus. The Villa Cyprus was everything you could wish for. The property was well maintained and regularly cleaned with the swimming pool being cleaned on a daily basis. The location of the property was superb, close to Polis and Latchi and you could enjoy the most amazing views and stunning sunsets overlooking Latchi. A wonderful holiday thank you Chris. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Fotis. The location was perfect and the views were truly stunning, especially with the magnificent sunsets across the Akamas. Dear Chris, My wife and I had two wonderful weeks at your Villa Cyprus! The villa is beautiful, overlooking the coast, quiet, very spacious, well maintained and offers everything for a relaxing poolside holiday. For those (like us) who need to stay in touch with your office: The Villa offers internet access, Chris helps to hook up your laptop. Shops are close by (10-20 minutes walk). We enjoyed to walk to Polis (30 minutes along the beach) where you find excellent restaurants (cheaper and better than those in Latchi). Great service from Chris who helped me when my laptop broke down: He gave me his own laptop! Once again many, many thanks for your help and hospitality, Chris! We will return to Villa Cyprus!

Fantastic villa for March holiday

Beautiful villa.Very clean and well maintained with fantastic views. Great service from Chris who helped with all minor details and providing heater for cool evenings. Easy walk or short drive to excellent restaurants in either Latchi or Polis, would also recommend local bakery in Prodromi. Very well placed for a relaxing poolside holiday or for walking in the Akama National Park, which was spectacular this spring. Have no hesitation in recommending to our friends and look forward to returning.
