In the Vendée south coast, this old house (1850) is located in the Vendée bocage. Close to a farm, the house is on a plot of 7000 m² and surrounded by wood on 2 sides. It is south facing. A gravel terrace surrounds the house.
You enter a family home with its memories, its trinkets, its character.
