Charming house 800 meters from the sea
Our house is located in a seaside village in the Cotes d'Armor near the most beautiful village in France where you can stroll between the pink granite rocks on the many customs paths that line the coast.
Many visits are to be made including the boat tour around the archipelago of the seven islands where you can admire a colony of 25000 crazy gannets, many beaches are also present in the town of Trévou Tréguignec and two marinas. The village is well served with many shops restaurant, creperies, theme bar, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco ect .... all for a good holiday.
The house consists of a living space where you will discover entering an open kitchen that overlooks the dining room and extending a small reading room or other. The following room will seduce you on the size which gives on the outside part or will wait for you a summer kitchen.
The night area consists of 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom redone, and a game room and TV.
All on a plot of 2000 square meters.
