Located in the heart of downtown St. Peter, this second story 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom private apartment will provide you the added space and amenities you desire when you come to visit. Whether you are in town for a Gustavus event, a wedding, or just coming to visit family we would love to host you at our downtown space.

With modern and comfortable furnishings you won't realize you are staying in one of the oldest buildings in town. We hope you feel right at home while enjoying the perfect location. The vaulted ceilings, skylight, over-sized wood doors, and the energy of a small town-downtown are just a few of things we love about this apartment.

The loft sleeps 6 people comfortably with one king, one queen, and one trundle bed.

The fully furnished kitchen with new appliances provides the opportunity to prepare a family meal or just enjoy a cup of coffee at the counter bar.

If you don't feel like cooking, one of the best features of staying downtown is you are within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. There are also wonderful and unique boutique shops all along Saint Peter's main street.

Friends stay

The original price did not include fees, so it was pretty expensive for St. Peter. The place was clean, the towels were lovely and there was plenty of parking. Location was good. As stated in other reviews, it is quite loud from traffic.

This was a great place to stay and was within walking distance of many of our favorite places to visit in St. Peter. We had everything we needed, and the property was clean well kept, and very comfortable.

This was the ideal location and place to stay while attending a weekend wedding in St. Peter. It was within walking distance to the venue, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores and gas stations. The property was exactly what we needed for our home away from home stay.

Great loft and location.

Girls weekend was great in the loft. Nice downtown location were we could walk to restaurants and shopping. Host had decorated and appointed very nicely. Would definately stay again.

Beautiful, historic property that is very well maintained. This host thought of everything from phone chargers to ear plugs, mints, toiletries, bottled water, etc. Also a binder full of great info about the property and surrounding area.

Wonderful Stay

My family stayed here this weekend as it was conveniently located for us to attend our nephew’s wedding. We had a unique check in situation and Brian, the host, was excellent and professional in all of his communications with us. The extra touches of mints and some snacks were very appreciated by my teenage kids. Thanks for a great stay!

Friends weekend

Very clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfortable property. The loft apt was nicer than it showed in photos. Super clean. Although on busy road, the building must have thick,insulted walls cause we were not disturbed by outside noise. Convenient to local restaurants and shops.
