Great house! Host was very responsive and flexible. House was perfect for our large family coming into town from 3 different states for wedding. We were 13 total including kids. There was space for everyone and we never felt like we were on top of each other. House was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We opted for the additional linen service which made our stay even easier. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

My family had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful with plenty of space for six adults to find their own sanctuaries while inside the house a tye same time. The crows nest/widows walk was a nice place to relax and read. And, the owners were very quick to respond to questions, helpful and accommodating. We hope to rent againSL

Excellent property. Great proximity to the beach. Easy walk, even if with a bunch of fishing gear. The weather was miserable, but the house had plenty of entertainment options to keep everyone happy.

The house is very well appointed. It came with basics like hand soap at every sink- that was very nice- cleaning supplies were also available. The house was spacious and accommodated everyone in our families. We decided on linen service which was very helpful!! This way you don’t have to lug everything. Doug the host was super fast with communication, if we had questions and concerns he was very responsive. Over all- we would definitely rent this property again.

What an amazing home in an amazing location/neighborhood (and of course, in an amazing town)! Family reunion (9 siblings & their spouses) so we had 2 homes. The other, we had rented previously so this was the 'new' house. It was a huge hit. My brother-in-law uses a rollator, so the elevator allowed him to easily join others to socialize. Great open space to gather, incredibly well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, gorgeous baths (spanning 'large' to 'ridiculously large' - not that anyone is complaining!). Surprisingly, the pool and pingpong tables were barely used; especially considering another brother-in-law plays competitively. We (all!) ate out on the deck one night and it was lovely. Your home is the family's new favorite and I'm not looking to assigning rooms next time around when everyone is requesting 'the new house'. NOTE: don't walk too far along the beach (away from town) or you're going to stray onto US Coast Guard territory -- they don't like that. We'll be back!!

Great home to host a large group in for the weekend! Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Only about a ~15-20 walk to downtown bars and restaurants.
