About this property

150m from the beach, large tastefully renovated villa (160 m2), with sea view, outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people (hot, whirlpool and hydromassage bath, intended for well-being and relaxation), very bright: 6 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 2 WC, WI-FI, 6 to 14 people.
We rent our holiday home BY THE SEA, QUIET and SPACIOUS (160m2), VERY SUNNY (south-east and south-west exposure) with an ENCLOSED GARDEN (850m2), RENOVATE COMPLETELY, ideally located TO DO EVERYTHING ON FOOT OR A BIKE (cycle paths, bus line), in a very calm environment, 150m FROM THE BEACH OF ST SORDELIN and 900m from CASINO DE PONTAILLAC, 500m FROM SHOPS (bakery, grocery store, press, oyster merchant, restaurants) ; daily summer market, customs trails, 10 minutes from Thalassotherapy and tennis club, golf, Palmyre zoo, etc.
The house is very pleasant for holidays with friends and can accommodate up to 12 people, ideal also for 2 families with children.
You can enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people (hot, bubbling and hydromassage bath, intended for well-being and relaxation).

• large sea view balcony with table for 8 people.
• 1 bedroom with 1 large 160x200 bed,

The house offers all the latest household electrical comfort, good bedding and also has a Wi-Fi connection (SFR box).
The linen (sheets, bath towels, beach towels, tea towels) are optional (free for 2 weeks rental) possibility of cleaning (optional).

Location chère pour les prestations

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Vaux. La maison est grande et agréable ainsi que le jardin et le jacuzzi. La localisation est excellente même si la route est bruyante (bord de mer, proximité Saint Palais et Royan). En revanche, il y a quelques points négatifs à savoir et à prendre en compte : pas de volet dans les chambres, vaisselle sale et ménage à revoir, gros problèmes d'évacuation (dans la douche du bas, lave vaisselle, évier dans la cuisine où nous avons passé la semaine à gérer les dégâts des eaux), chasse d'eau qui reste coincée, porte qui ne se ferme pas dans une chambre en bas, congélateur HS, chaise haute bancale.

Villa très agréable et bien équipée

Notre séjour entre amis s'est très bien passé dans la villa, nous avons bien profité de la terrasse et du jacuzzi. Les hôtes sont très aimables et arrangeants.
