Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole. Seawall and south pool deck are damaged and closed until further notice.
Pools are closed until further notice.
Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed until further notice
Beach access is only from the road on the north side of the resort
Parking garage is closed - BUT there is parking in the south lot. Parking is 1st come - 1st serve. We cant guarantee a parking spot.
Access to beach from north access road.
We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort.
BALCONY WORK at Resort starting Feb 5th, 2024 will last thru June 1st, 2024.
There may be noise & dust & will close some oceanfront balconies in the tower. Please contact us with any questions.

Family friendly, great price

We enjoyed our stay at Daytona beach resort. The room was perfect for what we needed. Clean beaches and not very crowded. Would stay again.

Excellent trip! We had a great time and would definitely rent from this owner again! Great communication and good location, as well as clean and close to all stores ( within walking distance). The only thing missing was an oven. I recommend bringing a toaster oven for an extended stay.

Just what I needed.

This property was at a very reputable resort, and conveniently very near my home, where I wanted my father to stay while we did some processing on him buying a new home here. Everything was very clean and check in was simple. The manager of this property was very easily reached with any questions which was very appreciated. The rate was reasonable which helped a lot in keeping him near me as my father is 94 years old. I was quite pleased and happy that I booked here. Thank you!
