In the town of Six Fours, 14 minutes' walk from the sea, Magnificent T4 apartment of 90m² entirely new at the top of a very large villa. This villa is composed of 4 charming apartments, 2 T3 on the ground floor and T4 as well as a studio upstairs. This gives you the opportunity to book several apartments with family or friends while having privacy and independence. You have access to the large 10m x 5m swimming pool and the garden area where you can enjoy sunbathing on the 80m² exotic wood terrace.
Near the swimming pool, a summer kitchen is at your disposal with its barbecue as well as a solar shower and a Wc.
You can park your car on a reserved space secured by an automatic gate.
The area is very quiet and close to the sea. (14 minutes on foot)
The T4 apartment is composed of a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one with private bathroom, a bathroom with large closet and washing machine, a toilet. From the living room, you access a covered terrace where you can enjoy your meals with a view of the swimming pool.

Sehr schönes, modernes Appartment mit guter Ausstattung. Schönes Gelände. Pool war im Mai wetterbedingt noch nicht geöffnet, was wir anders erwartet hatten. Dank Bäumen und Überdachung Terrasse sicher auch im Hochsommer sehr zu empfehlen. Mit Übersetzungsprogramm gute schriftliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Problemloser Check-In. Gute Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen. Insgesamt beste Voraussetzungen für einen schönen Urlaub in Six-Four-Les-Plages.

We felt very comfortable. The new apartment is very suitable for children and very clean. It is in a very quiet and upmarket residential area. different beaches and the city center is good to reach. The landlord cares a lot about the details and is very friendly. We had one very relaxing holiday. The pool is just wonderful. We will gladly come again.
