Bright and Beachy Oceanfront Condo
2nd Floor Beach Condo with outside deck, large living area, full kitchen with table seating (4) and counter seating (3), two full baths & three bedrooms. Decor is fresh, bright and beachy. Stacked washer & dryer and dishwasher in unit. Bedroom #1 has a full size bed, small dresser and small closet. Bedroom #2 has a full size bed and small closet. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV w/ cable, large closet and full bath. The living area has two couches (full size & love seat), TV w/ cable, high-speed internet, DVD player, and board games for a rainy day.
Central air conditioning and heat in unit. Kitchen is stocked with essentials (utensils, pots/pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, cups/mugs). Cleaning supplies such as a broom/dust pan, and handheld vacuum are provided. There is no carpet in the unit. Fire extinguisher, smoke & carbon monoxide detectors are new and up to date. Hangers are provided in closets. Shower curtains are in each bathroom. Deck has a an outside set w/ cushions (love-seat, two chairs & table). Laundry area has a cabinet for folding and storage. New 50 gallon hot water heater installed in 2019 - no cold showers!
The condo is located two blocks from the beach and center location of the famous Wildwood boardwalk. Shopping, restaurants, bars, liquor stores, grocery store and a playground/skate park are all in walking distance. Two parking spots are provided (back to back in driveway). There is an outside storage unit on the side of the building (see pic) provided for renters. It can fit 2-3 bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. - please bring your own lock if you wish to lock the storage unit.
The beach condo is in a great location with ample space to stay with your family & friends, or just a friends getaway. Tourist information, such as brochures for events, tours, etc. are provided in the condo for your vacation needs. The condo is located in North Wildwood, and Cape May plus surrounding shore towns are only minutes away with tons of fun things to do throughout the year!
