About this property

This magnificent 2 room apartment is perfectly refurbished. It has a bedroom and its bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room sofa is convertible and can accommodate 2 additional people.

Once the large picture window is open, you can cook outside this summer.
You can also enjoy the garden. A jacuzzi and a barbecue are at your disposal as well as deckchairs for your well-being.

The gate at the bottom of the garden will allow you to leave the apartment by bike (available in the shelter) to reach the beaches of Juan les Pins and Antibes (- 10 min), the city center and the old town (10 min) at 3 km.

A parking space in the residence is reserved for tenants and many outdoor spaces are available.
