Pretty Villa at the foot of Bizkarzun the little sister of the Rhune, quite direct to nature, Great Calm, Rhune View, Large Garden with small stream. Close to the village of Ascain and only 8 km from the beach of St Jean-de-Luz.
At the foot of the mountain, near the village of Ascain, the villa, with an area of over 160m², offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a beautiful living space.

La casa es preciosa, más todavía de lo que se ve en las fotos!!! Totalmente equipada con todo detalle, en la cocina de todo, sal, aceite, etc, muy amplia y el terreno de fuera maravilloso.Está a las afueras de Ascain, un pueblo precioso, muy cuidado y agradable. Estaba todo muy limpio en la casa, la zona de fuera menos limpia. La única pega que puedo decir es que en la planta de abajo hacía un pico de frío. Tuvimos que encender la chimenea, ya que la dueña nos dijo inicialmente que no podía hacer nada y luego ya estuvimos a gusto de temperatura. Recomiendo esta preciosa casa, es un lujo.

tout était parfait, la maison est bien aménagée avec beaucoup de rangement et super équipée malgré la période qui ne s'y prêtait pas le jardin et la terrasse appréciable; sans parler du feu de cheminée génial je recommande sans hésiter

Buena ubicación, casa adecuada, pero mejorable limpieza y prestaciones de la casa no funcionaban

La casa y la ubicación muy buena. La limpieza deficiente. La dejamos más limpia de cómo nos la encontramos. Telarañas en las habitaciones, suelo sucio no aspirado por no hablar debajo de las camas. Respecto a la casa no funcionaba ni la campana extractora de la cocina ni la persiana de una de las habitaciones que directamente no había persiana.
