This pleasant T2 apartment of 40 m2 with balcony facing south, is located on the 3rd and last floor of a residence of 12 apartments with lift.
The residence is quiet and very well kept.
A 10-minute walk from all amenities, free shuttle, line C serving the residence from the station.
Bassin beach 10/15 min walk.
Bedding is provided, towels and tea towels are not provided.
The apartment is equipped with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a TV.

Cute apartment in a beautiful city

The location is great since you can reach anything in the city by foot. The beach is right there too! The owner is communicative and the neighbors very nice and helpful. The apartment is well-stocked with anything you'll need. The only thing I missed having was Wifi access. They offered some alternatives, like an internet cafe, but that's not really what I was looking for.

Tout s'est bien passé, le propriétaire était accueillant et disponible. La personne qui nous a accueillie (son amie) était très accueuillante également. Le logement est bien spacieux, lumineux et propre. Il se trouve à 20 min à pied de la plage. D'autre part il y a plusieurs accès à la plage dont 1 avec le parking (qu'on a découvert les derniers jours). Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Séjour Arcachon

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre-ville.Il est agréable, lumineux bien decore et bien équipé. Seul petit bémol, l'appartement est légèrement bruyant sur le matin les fenêtres ouvertes, avec la circulation. Nous y retournerons néanmoins !

Un appartement moderne récemment rénové, tout équipé, très agréable, proche du centre ville et donc des lieux de vie (5 minutes à pieds), une organisation parfaite et claire avec sms reçu 48h avant l'entrée dans les lieux pour nous expliquer la procédure de récupération des clés, des brochures mises à disposition pour indiquer les évènements du moment (merci Florence pour votre accueil). Nous conservons l'annonce pour un éventuel prochain séjour !
