Thoughtfully curated over the years with quality furnishings and art, it’s full of charm—not the look and feel of a mass-managed rental. As our second home and only rental, we personally manage every detail for a stay that’s relaxed, stylish, and truly cared for.
*Village Beach Club Oceanfront pool access is included with your stay. Open from May 20th - September 30th, 2026; pool hours are 8am - 7pm.

*About the Home*

Welcome to our Oceanside getaway on NC-12 Beach Road!
Our home sits *second row*, directly behind the oceanfront homes, and offers small ocean views from the top rear deck between the beachfront condos.

Across the street are the Epstein Street Beach Access (with ramp) and the Village Beach Club Private Oceanfront Pool, both included with your stay—no extra fees! The Beach Club also offers food and drink service, restrooms, and parking.

Located at Milepost 14.5, this access features a lifeguard stand, newly renovated bathhouse, showers, wooden walkway, and parking. Getting to the beach is quick and safe—just stroll down the quiet cul-de-sac and use the crosswalk directly across the street. No need to walk along Beach Road.

From the décor to the high-quality furnishings, you’ll feel like you’re staying at a friend’s beach house, not a typical rental. This is our second home and only rental, so everything is well cared for and exactly as described.

Enjoy one of the earliest guaranteed check-ins on the Outer Banks—3:00 PM sharp.
Because this is our only home and we self-manage, you’ll never face cleaning delays common with large rental companies.

*Beds Made Before Arrival*

All bed linens are included, and most beds (except the top bunks) are made before you arrive.
After a long drive, you can drop your bags and start relaxing right away!


*Bedrooms*

Bedroom 1: Lower level – King bed, private full bath
Bedroom 2: Mid-level – Tempur-Pedic King bed, private full bath
Bedroom 3: Mid-level – Queen bed, shared full hall bath
Bedroom 4: Mid-level – Two twin bunk sets (4 beds total), shared full hall bath

All bedrooms include comfortable mattresses, blackout blinds, and blackout curtains to ensure a great night’s sleep.


*Pool Access*

Right across the street, you’ll have full access to the Village Beach Club Oceanfront Pool and Epstein Street Beach Access.

The Beach Club offers:

Oceanfront pool access
Food & drink service (including smoothies + bar service)
Restrooms, showers, and parking
Double tennis courts (we provide adult & children’s tennis and pickleball rackets and balls)

The club is private membership only, keeping it uncrowded and relaxing.


*TVs & Wi-Fi*

Each bedroom has a Smart TV with Roku (log in to your own streaming accounts; Spectrum app included for live TV).
There’s also a large Smart TV in the family room, and upgraded high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.
The bunk room features one of the largest TVs—perfect for kids’ movies or video games.


*Outdoor Spaces*

In the covered carport area, you’ll find:

Outdoor shower
Propane grill (propane provided)
Adirondack chairs, stools, and string lights—a cozy spot to relax while grilling or unwinding after the beach.


*Layout & Dining*

The top (3rd) floor is the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and family room.

Indoor dining: Table seats 6, kitchen island seats 4
Outdoor dining: Top floor rear deck (off the kitchen) with a high-top table for 4 — perfect for ocean views and people-watching along Beach Road
Also on this level: Half bath, washer & dryer

Please note: There are two flights of stairs from the ground level to the top floor.


*Kitchen*

The kitchen is fully stocked for easy meal prep, including:

Cookware, utensils, and spices
Keurig & drip coffee makers
Ninja blender
Ice cube trays (no automatic ice maker, but freezer space for bagged ice)

Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck with a salty breeze and ocean view.


*Guidebook & Rental Agreement*

After booking, you’ll receive access to our online guidebook with detailed home info, local tips, and favorite spots for dining and sightseeing.

A Docusign short-term rental agreement is required prior to check-in, in accordance with the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, which protects both guests and owners. (Failure to sign will result in cancellation.)

*Paper products: A *starter* supply of toilet paper and paper towels is provided. Guests should bring or purchase additional supplies as needed—standard for OBX rentals.

No pets: This home is kept pet-free for allergy-sensitive guests.
Stairs: Two flights from the entry to the kitchen (no elevator). You’ll get your steps in— and be beach bod ready!
