The living area is very bright thanks to its large picture windows that open onto a huge terrace and breathtaking views of the valley.
Completed in 2017 and built using the finest materials from our region, the luxury Mont-Royal residence combines modern comfort with Savoyard tradition to blend in perfectly with the resort's architectural and tourist landscape.
The building, which looks like a large Alpine chalet, is located around 350 metres from the village centre, just a few minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants. The nearest ski lifts are around 700 metres away. You can choose between the Super-Châtel cable car in the centre or the Vonnes chairlift up the road to Switzerland. The stop for the free shuttle bus is at the bottom of the residence.
Close to Lac de Vonnes, you can enjoy family walks around the frozen lake in winter and its enchanting scenery. In summer, the residence offers magnificent views over the lush green valley, and there are just as many activities nearby.

Appartement lumineux et agréable, bien agencé.
Seul petit bémol : situé sur une route passante, heureusement un léger retrait permet d'isoler du bruit de la circulation lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées, ce qui n'est malheureusement pas le cas depuis la vaste terrasse - dommage. Avec l'été pluvieux et frais, nous avions à peine chaud à l'intérieur et avons apprécié les plaids mis à disposition.
