Still a few prime weeks left for Summer 2024 - RATED REDUCED TO BOOK! Book Today! Lovely two story townhouse in Bayside at Bethany Lakes is beautifully furnished and ready for your vacation! The main living level is spacious and comfortable with a large dining area and living room with a TV (this is the only TV in the house that has a cable connection)and a wet bar. The kitchen shares space with a second, less formal eating area and a comfortable den with a large screen TV (with no cable connection). At the back of the house, overlooking a picturesque pond is an open deck and a screened porch. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a master suite with a king size bed and bathroom with a free standing shower and a garden tub. The second bedroom has a king size bed, also with an en-suite bath. The other two bedrooms share a large hall bath; one offers a king sized bed and the other offers 2 twins with trundle beds under each. There is a smart TV in every Bedroom but no cable connection. The community has a beautiful clubhouse with a game room and lounge overlooking White's Creek. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool. There are restaurants and grocery shopping within a half mile and the beach is only a five minute drive. Sleeping 12, this home offers everything you could need for a comfortable yet luxurious family vacation! Guest pays a $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. No Pets. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. For use of community amenities in-season from 5/15-9/15, guests pay $45/person for stays from 4-7 nights, $25/person for stays of 3 nights. Out of season from 9/16-5/14 guests pay $30/person for stays from 4-7 nights, $20/person for stays of 3 nights. There will be a $50.00 amenity surcharge for rental parties of 10 -12 guests. All guests over the age of 6 require an amenity fee. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage insurance policy covering $3000 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2000. Policies of lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount is not reflected in the VRBO quote.

Perfect for multi Family vacationing

The way the rooms are arranged works perfect for multiple family units to enjoy a king size, bedroom, and bath and a kid room. Went with my mom, my sister and her fiancé and my family of five great location great amenities exactly what we needed.

Much needed family time at the beach

The house was beautiful and clean. The location was awsome. We went to the clubhouse everyday to use the facilities. So much to do in a week. This is a great location,close to shopping, close to the beach, resturants and Bethany Beach.We had a wonderful time and will return to rent this home in the future

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always love our visit to this house - we have stayed here three years now! It did look this year as though some parts of the house had been changed, and honestly it wasn't nearly as nice as prior years. But the little pond where we can fish, the dishes in the kitchen, and location still make it our favorite spot. The house also did not seem as clean when we arrived as in prior years; usually it is in impeccable condition.
