Air-conditioned house of 90 MÂČ on ground of 400 M ÂČ for 6 people with covered swimming pool heated with 28 °.
Internet access.
You have 3 bedrooms (one in mezzanine), 1 bathroom with Italian shower, sink cabinet, toilet and a towel dryer.
A fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, electric oven, ceramic hob, 1 coffee maker, 1 Nespresso, a dining room with a seating area overlooking the patio (no screws to vis) with indoor heated swimming pool, barbecue and wooden terrace of 200 sqm.
A room next to the pool will seduce you to take a nap or a drink !!
The pool and terrace are new because winter (2018). The pool is 4x6m and 1.50m deep. It is covered and heated which is very appreciable in case of rain or wind. Indeed you can swim under the shelter.
Moreover, it is the best security available for children on the market.
The 2 free bicycles are at your disposal to go to the mini market 1. 5 km. The bike path is 500 m and it takes 20min to go to the beach. Restaurants await you where you can leave the bicycles safely at the car park provided for this purpose.
Located in the heart of the Medoc, close to the castle road with these vineyards known worldwide !!
Going up 10 km you have the ferry that can bring you to the scenery of the coast of Charente for a day trip.
Further south (one hour drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these oyster beds, tastings on the spot possible with views of the island birds!
You can also visit the river "La Gironde" with these squares and small restaurants called "guinguettes". The multiple morning markets in Soulac / sea and Montalivet will be a good time to spend with family.
Without forgetting all the night markets nearby (less than 5 KM) where you can taste local products in music !!!!!

Wir waren zu zweit mit 2 Hunden in diesem Ferienhaus von Herrn Tiffon und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und auch fĂŒr 4 Personen ausreichend, fĂŒr 6 wĂ€re es uns zu eng. Bei Sommerwetter ist die Terrasse toll und der beheizte Pool ist ganz wunderbar. Zu Fuß ist man gleich im umliegenden Wald und kann mit den Hunden die Gegend erkunden. Vor dem GrundstĂŒck verlĂ€uft eine nicht wenig befahrene Strasse, wer empfindlich ist gegen gelegentlichen VerkehrslĂ€rm kann eines der hinteren und ruhiger gelegenen HĂ€user mieten. Uns hat es nicht besonders gestört, da wir viel in der Gegend unternommen haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Herrn Tiffon.

Schöner Außenbereich

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Es gibt sowohl VorzĂŒge als auch Verbesserungspotenziale. Pro: - der beheizte Pool und Außenbereich sind sicherlich das Highlight. Wir haben viele Stunden auf der Terrasse & im Pool verbracht. Es gibt Liegen, Sonnenschirme, einen Esstisch und einen Grill. - das GrundstĂŒck ist sehr gut eingezĂ€unt, so konnte unser Hund frei laufen. Durch den hohen Zaun hat man komplette PrivatsphĂ€re. - es gibt eine Klimaanlage - die KĂŒche ist in Ordnung. Ein großer KĂŒhlschrank, ElektrogerĂ€te und eine durchschnittliche Ausstattung. - Parkplatz direkt vor der TĂŒr - M Tiffon antwortet sehr schnell und kĂŒmmert sich zeitnah bei Anliegen. - Check in per SchlĂŒsselbox problemlos möglich Potenzial: - die FeWo Anzeige ist etwas missverstĂ€ndlich. Die FahrrĂ€der sind nicht inklusive genauso wie die Reinigung. Hier kommen also zusĂ€tzliche Kosten hinzu. - wir waren zu zweit dort, was gut gepasst hat. FĂŒr 6 Personen ist zumindest der Innenraum und Stauraum fĂŒr Koffer, Klamotten etc. eher klein. Eins der Betten steht auf einer Art Empore, fĂŒr Kinder bestimmt in Ordnung, aber mit 6 Erwachsenen vielleicht schwierig. - das Bad ist klein, das grĂ¶ĂŸere Problem war aber die Feuchtigkeit, die durch Duschen entsteht und nur sehr langsam abziehen konnte. FĂŒr 2 Personen machbar, aber mit 6 Personen eher schwierig. - das Licht ist kĂŒhl, was nicht sehr gemĂŒtlich wirkt - das Haus liegt direkt an einer Landstraße & Laster verursachen LĂ€rm - MĂŒckennetze wĂ€ren hilfreich

Herrliche Ferien

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in Grayan verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders der tolle Pool und der Amerikanische KĂŒhlschrank haben es uns angetan. Es ist es wunderschöne Gegend. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Monsieur Tiffon.

ExtrĂȘmement dĂ©cevant. Rapport qualitĂ© prix catastrophique

MĂȘme si la propretĂ© est irrĂ©prochable, l’expĂ©rience n’est franchement pas Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes. Les Ă©quipements sont bas de gamme, voire dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ©s (brĂ»lures des cigarettes sur l’un des canapĂ©s, vaisselle dĂ©pareillĂ©e et Ă©brĂ©chĂ©e, mobilier de rĂ©cupĂ©ration dĂ©tĂ©riorĂ© et dĂ©colorĂ©, pas de coussin pour les transats) aucune luminositĂ© ni ventilation (logement ayant Ă©tĂ© scindĂ©) : absence de lumiĂšre naturelle et d’aeration qui font qu’au bout de 2 semaines ça sent l’humiditĂ© ou la moisissure 
 La literie est trĂšs inconfortable et il n’y a aucun espace pour se mouvoir dans les 3 points couchages qui sont les uns sur les autres (aucune intimitĂ© possible) Option location de linge = encore du bas de gamme (draps en polyester) qui se marient avec un rideau de douche douteux 
 Bref, c’est un fiasco et le joli jardin + la piscine ne parviennent pas Ă  relever l’ensemble, Les seuls contacts avec le propriĂ©taire se rĂ©sument Ă  de l’intendance (rappel de sortie des poubelles, horaire d’arrivĂ©e, dĂ©part qu’on nous demande d’anticiper) A ce prix lĂ , on est en droit d’attendre de la qualitĂ© et d’ĂȘtre attendu comme des invitĂ©s plutĂŽt que comme de simples clients de passage 
 dommage !

Prettige accomodatie met veel privacy

Met veel plezier hebben wij een week doorgebracht in deze woning op fietsafstand van de zee. Twee fietsen staan ter beschikking en daar hebben wij dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt. Het verwarmde zwembad ligt in een volledig beschutte omheinde tuin met voldoende ruimte om te zonnen en prettig te verblijven. Het huis was brandschoon en van voldoende moderne comfort voorzien. Bijzonder snelle respons en hartelijke ontvangst van Mr. Tiffon. Al met al een prima verblijf voor een onbezorgde week in de MĂ©doc.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette location avec piscine couverte et chauffée à 28°. Réservation de derniÚre minute, Mr TIFFON nous a répondu trÚs rapidement (en moins de 12h). Il est trÚs accueillant et disponible. On a eu un accueil trÚs chaleureux. La location est trÚs bien équipée, on peut profiter de la piscine et de son jardin sans aucun vis-à-vis. Location propre et bien entretenu. Endroit trÚs calme et à 10km du centre de soulac sur mer. On a fait barbecue presque tous les jours et c'était un vrai plaisir. On recommande cette location à 100%.
