Studio of 27 m² renovated in residence downtown. 500 m from Place Colbert, 1000 m from the spa. Furnished and equipped as new. 1st floor with elevator. Reserved parking space and ground floor cellar that can accommodate 2 bikes. Close to the cinema and market complex. Multiple tourist interests and between the islands of Oléron and Ré. 35 'from La Rochelle, 45' from Royan and 15 'from Fouras and its beaches. Shower room with mouth. Provision of an Airbox for wifi access.
No pets allowed. Rental reserved for non-smokers.
Beginning of rental, so I offer a promotional price of € 220.00 per week and € 600.00 for 3 weeks. Linens and towels included. Including charges. Rental only by the week and its multiple.

logement bien situé prés du centre ville 5m à pied.Le stationnement n'est pas toujours simple dans la rue.Dans le logement il ne manque rien :,fonctionnel, simple pas trés grand, (studio). Ideal pour visiter la région. Nous partions tous les jours de 9 h à 17 h.

Le logement correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Il est idéalement situé pour tout faire à pied : 5mn du marché, 10 mn du centre ville et 15 mn des thermes. C'est l'idéal pour faire toutes ses courses du quotidien, promenades le long de la charente, visites de la ville. Le cinéma (8 salles) est à 2 mn à pied. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. La résidence est calme, je recommande vivement pour une personne seule ou un couple. Christine

Parfait, correspond bien à l'attendu. Un seul bémol, le propriétaire s'est plaint après le départ en me reprochant de ne pas avoir fait le ménage alors que j'avais pris et payé l'option ménage à la fin. Cela s'est arrangé, mais il a insisté lourdement. Sinon, je suis satisfait, mais du coup, je n'y retournerai pas. J'ai trouvé cela incorrect, alors qu'avant cet enenement, je l'avais trouvé très sympa.
