September visit to Laurens

This property was extremely well equipped, easy to use and offered a well managed pool and very pleasant environment for a family stay and get together with French friends. Sadly the holiday could have been ruined by vrbo’s incompetence in the translation of booking requirements not listed on its English pages. This meant the taking of bed linen towels and toilet paper at the last minute. I cannot praise highly enough Yvon and Myriams concern and responses to us, unlike the dreadful customer care we have subsequently received from vrbo itself. We are still pursuing that directly with the organisation. I doubt we would choose vrbo again

Not what we expected

We arrived late afternoon and found the inside of the property very clean and well equipped. The outside areas were most pleasant. However, we soon discovered that there were no sheets , pillowcases or towels - not even a tea towel. Obviously we communicated with the owner who said this was normal - not in any of the 20+ villas I’ve rented in France over the years! He couldn’t help us other than to say there would be supermarkets in the area where we could buy linens. Beware other possible renters. A most upsetting start to our holiday.

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. La villa est trÚs bien équipée et le jardin avec la piscine est superbe..la végétation luxuriante nous procure de l ombre ce qui est bien agreable par temps chaud. La boite a clé est vraiment une procédure d arrivée trÚs pratique..de plus le propriétaire est vraiment a l ecoute. Je recommande vivement cette location.
