We will welcome you in our pretty house under the pines, benefiting from all the necessary equipment for a pleasant holiday.
The house is located in a very wooded and very quiet area 800 m from the Grande Conche beach and 500 m from shops (bakery, pharmacy, fruit and vegetables, Parc market ...)
100m away there is a children's play park, tennis courts and 500m a skate park.

The house is composed of:

- 1 independent kitchen (gas stove with gas oven, tableware, microwave, ordinary coffee makers and Nesspresso, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer)

- 1 spacious bedroom with a 140 bed

- 1 bathroom (washing machine)

- A bedroom with 3 bunk beds

Barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs

The garden is wooded and the part reserved for rental is approximately 400m2.

The house is located on a plot of 1000 m2 on which the owner's house is also located.
No problem of opposite.

Bon séjour mais ...

Bon séjour, mais le tarif en rapport avec les prestations est un peu chers. Mettez les photos à jour, car le baby-foot les filles l’ont cherché, le ventilateur n’était Pas là non plus. Le wifi est obsolète,inutilisable donc ne mettez pas qu’il y en a.... parois de douche fragiles... maison situer sur le même terrain que les propriétaires, proximité très proche... on apprécie ou pas, j’aurais voulu le savoir avant.... maison dans un quartier calme agréable , proche plage et commerces.

Maison bien située et jardin très agréable

Petite maison située près de l'océan. Le jardin est très agréable et nous avons apprécié le petit parc avec jeux pour enfants accessible à pieds. Un grand merci pour l’accueil et pour le séjour. Mathias

Maison très agréable pour de belles vacances d'été

Une charmante petite maison, très agréable pour 4 personnes (2 enfants). Le jardin est idéal, typique avec ses grands pins, et le quartier est calme. La proximité de la plage, des commerces, du parc et du marché permettent de privilégier la marche à pied, ce qui fait vraiment vacances. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances pendant 2 semaines, typiquement royannaises, d'autant plus pendant les Violons sur le Sable. Un grand merci à Gaël pour son accueil et sa disponibilité !

convivial et bien situé

accueil chaleureux des propriétaires à l'écoute de nos demandes. maison atypique mais agréable pour des vacances de plein air, grand jardin, barbecue, ..., dans un quartier calme à bonne distance de la plage et du centre ville. Séjour très agréable. une suggestion pour finir, pensez à un rideau de douche!

Pratique et confortable

La maison est atypique mais parfaite pour passer de bonnes vacances au bord de la mer pour un couple seul ou avec des enfants. La déco est de bon goût et le jardin est bien entretenu, c'est agréable de passer du temps dedans et dehors. Les propriétaires sont discrets et très sympathiques, le quartier est calme et les voisins chaleureux. L'accès à la plage est simple et rapide, les commerces sont tout proches. En tous cas ma femme, ma fille de 2 ans et moi avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Bref, je conseille à ceux qui cherchent la tranquillité et l'aspect pratique d'une location de vacances. De plus le rapport qualité/prix est excellent.
