Spacious beautifully appointed 5 bedroom summer rental in Northwest Asbury can sleep 11. Open and airy with plenty of room for entertaining inside and out. Large living room with gas fireplace. Huge gourmet kitchen with quartz counters and 5 burner gas range. Private fenced backyard with roomy deck, grill and hot tub (May thru Sept). Deep shady front porch with lots of space to enjoy cool breezes. 15 min walk to the beach.

First floor; 2 outdoor patios, kitchen, large living room, dinning room, half bathroom. Second floor; 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 master bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with twin/full bunk beds, 2 full bathrooms and washer and dryer. Third floor; large bedroom with king size bed plus full bath.

Beautiful AP home

Matthew has a beautiful home on a lovely block in amazing Asbury Park. Close to all restaurants and shopping. Great stay!

Great house and great location in Asbury Park

Clean spacious house for a large group to enjoy. We stayed here with 8 people and had plenty of room to hang out. Would come again

Thanksgiving in Asbury Park

This was just the perfect place for our family holiday gathering. The house is clean, spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood is absolutely charming and the house is an easy walk to town and all of Asbury's attractions. We plan on returning to this rental.

Great house to rent

The house is on a very nice street. It was working walking distance to the Sea Hear Now festival. The kitchen was very updated. The rooms were spacious and there is a good amount of bedrooms. The hot tub was wonderful! It is a great asset to the house. The owner was very personable. He let us check in early. If I would come back to Asbury I would rent this house again. My friends that stayed with me also would rent this house again.
