Located on the pristine beaches of Casuarina Point, Casuarina Sea Breeze opens its arms to your warm & relaxing beach vacation. The beautiful turquoise water and white sandy beaches are located out your beach front door and offer a host of activities.


Casuarina Sea Breeze is a spacious vacation rental with beach side access for viewing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The reef located off Casuarina Point offers great protection for your beach enjoyment. The beautiful shallow, clear waters slope out gently for wonderful beach & water activities. A 16' Carolina Skiff is included for your tropical vacation. Double & single kayaks, & paddleboards are included and a variety of beach toys as well.


The Cherokee Sound area is a wonderful playground to explore with your skiff. Enjoy some of the world's best deep-sea fishing with guide services. DIY fishing can also be enjoyed from your front beach door, or with the Carolina skiff in the Sound area.

Casuarina Sea Breeze is a WATERFRONT beach property with beautiful sandy beaches and turquoise water are located outside the sunroom deck. Your family or group will savor the many options available outside your beach door to include snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, beach combing for shells, building sand castles or exploring the Sound area to view sea life. Or....just enjoy a beautiful long beach walk.


Casuarina Sea Breeze is fully furnished with everything you will need for your tropical get-away. We provide many of the essentials so you can travel light! The fully furnished and equipped kitchen provides an opportunity to prepare your catch of the day or great Bahamian restaurant dining is just minutes away. Allow one of the local Bahamian chefs to come to Casuarina Sea Breeze and cater your island specialty meal.

Island hop by ferry to the out islands of the Abaco's to experience the unique flavor each island has to offer for wonderful day trip excursions.

Our Cleaning Policy...We use steam cleaning in our regular cleaning process. Our steam cleaning process cleans at 260-293 degrees Fah. This method of cleaning adds a layer of confidence and trust in safely cleaning and sanitizing our home.

Additional Information….Casuarina Sea Breeze has minimal steps for accessing the home; 3 steps on the street side and 1 step on the beach side. We encourage our guests to rent a car to fully enjoy everything the island has to offer.

Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Do not strip beds. Hang all towels. If possible wash/dry beach towels. Turn gas off on gas grill.
All beach toys, kayaks, paddleboards (oars) should be returned to the open deck and toy box.
All beach chairs/tables should be stacked & returned to the deck area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A signed Rental Agreement and Boat Liability Agrmnt are Required and copy of Drivers License or Passport of Primary Renter.
We may require additional info about groups reserving our home such as number of people, age of primary renter etc. Rates may change until booked.
CANCELATION Policy: Will refund pymts less VRBO fees if we are able to rebook your cancelled reservation.

We have stayed at many vrbo's in the Caribbean over the years and this spot exceed our expectations and was better than the description. You're literally right on the beach where it's practically to yourself. The house was Immaculate and had everything you would need. We didn't have the time to use the skiff boat but that's a huge Advantage for this place. Bob and Janice are such great people and so willing to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

July 8-15 at Casuarina Point

We could not have been any more pleased with our recent stay in Casuarina Point. The house is extremely clean and well appointed, the beach is beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts are very thorough and receptive. This was a family trip to celebrate our oldest going to college and it was the perfect place to enjoy each other and remember what is important.

Wonderful spot!

Janice and Bob have created a great place in the middle of paradise. The house was completely outfitted. It's off the beaten path so we did all our cooking in and didn't want for anything to prepare our meals. They have all the toys to enjoy the water and are only steps from the beach. We will be back!!

Perfect Family Getaway

This was one of the best vacations we have had as a family of four. The pre-arrival information was wonderful and prepared us for arriving on the island. The house is perfectly situated in a beautiful quiet neighborhood directly on the beach. The beach is breathtaking with sandbars and sea life all around. The house was well stocked with basics and very clean. I can not say enough about the wonderful advice Janice gave us on adventures. We will be telling everyone about this vacation and definitely plan to return.

IT IS ALWAYS BETTER IN THE BAHAMAS! This statement seemed to ring true for us! After traveling to other tropical destinations, we felt that Abaco and Casuarina Point stood out as a tropical vacation destination. We purchased Casuarina Sea Breeze and completed a major remake of this wonderful beach front property. After a career of outfitting in the high mountains of Wyoming and enjoying time spent with our many wonderful clients, we decided to share our found piece of paradise at sea level!

Being drawn to Casuarina Point, we came to love the pristine white sandy beaches, beautiful aqua waters and abundance of sea life located out our front beach door. The people of Abaco are eager to assist and welcome visitors in their friendly Bahamian way. Over the years we enjoyed exploring Abaco and the Out Islands for all the unique flavors they offer. There is so much to do!
