FAMILY HOUSE AURAY
House located in a quiet dead end, 7 minutes walk from the center of Auray, tourist town.
Our family home, neo-Breton type, is offered to vacationers in our absence. It is not new but very comfortable and ideal for large families.
Bright living room opening onto a terrace on 2 sides, South-East, South-West, and onto a 2500m2 enclosed garden. Terrace with garden furniture, awning and gas heating that allow you to have a good time.
Beautiful kitchen where the table seats 6 people, ideal for breakfasts. A French window opening onto a small veranda brings a lot of light.
On the ground floor, bathroom with shower over bath and separate wc.
Upstairs, 2nd bathroom with shower, separate wc, and 3 bedrooms out of 5 have a bathroom.
