Exclusive use of the tastefully updated 2/2 main house and 1/1 Casita with a private entrance. Walk right out the front door to the new expansive pool patio featuring a saltwater heated pool, outdoor kitchen and plenty of furniture for spending time soaking in the warm Florida sun!
The home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will work diligently to accommodate early check in requests, but we want to ensure the home is top notch for your relaxing vacation. Two bicycles are provided with home and are stored in the shed. There too is a cute shuttle service called Stumpy's that runs along the Key that will take you to the Beach or restaurants. They work exclusively on tips. This information will be provided in our local information letter to you and posted in the Welcome Guide inside the home. Pet addendum will follow for those with their 4 legged companions in tow. Due to Hurricane Idalia the dock isnt currently avaiable, pending repairs.
Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021:
$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance.
TO DO:
1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.
4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.
5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.
6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.
7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.
8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location.
9. Those in pet friendly homes that have brought along their pets must vacuum the floor and the furniture as close to departure as possible to eliminate pet hair.
10. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.
11. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.
10. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.
11. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.
10. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.

The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.
Englewood is a quaint community that is known for Mom and Pop shops as opposed to franchise and big box stores. Manasota Key has several unique dining experiences with live music and entertainment nightly. Manasota Key Road extends the length of the 11 mile island. Hugged by an oak canopy, it makes for a great sight seeing trip whether by bike or car. The road is narrow so proceed cautiously and be mindful of bicyclists and pedestrians.
The entire home is yours to use exclusively. Bring the poles because the fishing is world renown. Beach towels and chairs provided for your convenience. Full size washer and dryer on site so you can head home with clean laundry. Fire up the propane grill and prepare today's catch for the family. Dedicated beach access just across Beach Rd. Down a quiet path, adjacent to the condos, to the wooden stairs. Such a short stroll you will be able to carry the chairs and cooler with ease.

The home is located on a private lane with private beach access directly across the street. For further adventure, less than a half mile walk or bike ride, to the pristine waters of Englewood Beach. Directly across from the Beach you will find dining and entertainment options at the Lock N Key, Sandbar Tiki, Waverly and the White Elephant. Two bicycles provided for your convenience. This is the ideal setting in that it is private, yet close to everything.The home is located on a private lane with private beach access directly across the street. For further adventure, less than a half mile walk or bike ride, to the pristine waters of Englewood Beach. Directly across from the Beach you will find dining and entertainment options at the Lock N Key, Sandbar Tiki, Waverly and the White Elephant. Two bicycles provided for your convenience. This is the ideal setting in that it is private, yet close to everything. Pool Heat is available for an additional fee when requested. Pool heat is $20 a night please request for heat to be turned on prior to arrival. Pool heat will take longer than 24 hours to reach desired temperature. Please use cover when pool is not in use. This will help maintain temperature at night for the heat is only on when pump is. Pump does not run 24 hours.
This area is perfect for walking and bicycling. Immediate, deeded access across the street or grab the chairs and walk .3 mile to Englewood Beach. Stump Pass Beach is a must see and 1.9 miles from home. It has a bike rack for convenience. Walking paths along the water's edge through the cascade of trees lead you to the tip of land where Lemon Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. Great location for shelling and shark tooth hunting. Do not be surprised if you spot a manatee swimming by through the clear, blue waters. Dolphins at play are a common sighting as well. Nature lovers are certain to appreciate the setting. Manasota Beach aka Middle Beach is less than 2 miles and is a secret treasure with limited beach goers. Perfect for a picnic or day of catching up on that New York Times bestseller. Rest. Relax. Renew.
