Memories to last a lifetime

Coconut is one of three 6 Bedroom/3 Bathroom houses that sits in the middle of the 2 sister properties "Blue Pearl" & "Coconut Breeze". Each property is beautifully decorated with its own style yet remains warm and inviting …you'll feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. The three properties all enjoy the same gorgeous water views that are perfectly unobstructed from all three of the outdoor living spaces. One place where the properties differ from each other is the bed sizes in each of the bedrooms. This is a great opportunity to find the house that best accommodates your guests sleeping arrangements.

Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $50 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines. If you have any questions or special requests, just let us know - we are happy to help!

Some additional features for the properties are (2) Refrigerators, (2) Dining Room Tables, (3) Levels of Outdoor Living Areas, Picnic Tables, Deck Furniture, Private Walk-Over to the Beach is connected directly to the Main Level Deck (no need to walk downstairs to get to the beach), all (3) Properties are connected via a gated bridge attached to deck (can quickly go between houses without walking up and down stairs), BBQ Pit, Wireless Internet, Satellite TV and don't forget those perfectly unobstructed water views!

All three properties have ramps from the ground level to the main level deck and also to the beach. Easy access for wheelchairs, coolers, wagons, etc.

House review

House was the perfect setup for our large group. The joined deck was awesome for us to interact and hang out with our friends next door. Communication with mgmt team was great as well.

Solid place to stay.

It wasn't luxurious, but it wasn't bad by any means. It was overall a clean, relatively well maintained house. The A/C struggled a bit to keep the place cool, but I wasn't terribly surprised by that.

Great Location but Come Prepared

We were a group of 26. 9 adults with 16 children. Overall we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate returning to this same home. People warned us that the beaches in this area weren't that good. We completely disagree and found the beaches were a lot of fun. The waves aren't huge but they are perfect for smaller children but still fun for teenagers. Out of 7 days the last two nights we were there had lots of mosquitos. The home wasn't prepared like other rentals homes we have stayed in. There wasn't any shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, dish washing detergent or laundry detergent. There was one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. We went out and purchased these supplies when we arrived. There were a good number of towels but we were glad we brought our own beach towels. The air conditioner kept the home comfortable while we were there.

Not as the pictures show

Thanksgiving 10days-Even tho we enjoyed our time there w family & friends Negatives: The check in was difficult, lock box battery was dead and we had to wait for them to come w a key (after a long morning of packing and a 4 1/2 hr drive-we were tired) Management had good communication. The house smelled musty, the oven and oven drawers were dirty. I had to tear apart the dishwasher and clean it out & run a hot wash w vinegar for it to wash. Did this 2x and then called maintenance. The fridges leaked and we used a bowl to catch condensation. The BIG 👎: there was a leak in the roof in the MasterBedroom and thank God I had moved my laptop from that couch. There was a 5gal catch bucket there the whole trip 👎...the porch gates were broken, we had to jerry-rig them. Inside there needs some items that should be fixed cosmetic. Positives: Pre-booking and booking was easy. Lots of communication. Polite management co, Pets accepted, Kitchen was fully stocked w utensils and serving dishes, Pantry space was large, furniture was comfortable, house was as clean as it was going to get. Plenty of rooms, beds and LOTS of seating. Beds were Comphy, Walkway to the beach was PERFECT, we were lucky & neighbors were nice.

Guys vacation

This was our 4th year coming to Surfside for a guys only vacation. This was the best year and house we’ve stayed in.

Not Quite What We Expected

The property was cleaner when we left it than when we arrived. There was cracker pieces on the kitchen floor and sand in/on the bedspreads. I was not told we would have to put the sheets on the bed ourselves. I was told I paid for a bedding package and I thought that meant the sheets would be on the beds. Also, the water is horrible throughout the house. It comes out and yellow and smells very badly. We had no choice but to shower in that water! Thankfully I brought bottled water to drink. The two refrigerators were great to have, except everything in them ended up soaking wet in a puddle in the fridge. We did not change the temp in the fridge. It was set on 4 when we arrived. The beach and the distance to it was fantastic! Just not sure we will rent this same location next year.

At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.

In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.

Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
