Historic downtown San Luis Obispo and the Cal Poly campus are an easy 7 miles away. Zip up or down HWY 101 (top down in a convertible is best), grab an in-n-out burger, cruise to wine country in Paso Robles or Solvang just 45 minutes away. Beach side communities such as Morro Bay are 30 minutes North with Cayucos and Cambria only a bit farther up Hwy 101.

The home is a perfect launch pad for most any activity. Casa Barcelona is newly remodeled with spacious bedrooms, with top quality linens and towels, two levels and separate living spaces. Two of the three bedrooms are en-suites. Vaulted-ceilings, fireplace, and full-sized laundry room add to the open, free feeling. High speed wifi and Internet-connected streaming media are available via ROKU & free Netflix.

Casa Barcelona is available as a 30+ day rental. We are committed enhanced cleaning protocol. Per the recommendation from the CDC, we required at least 24 hours between guests and cleaning. We may ask you to adjust your dates by a day or two to meet this requirement. Please confirm with us as you plan your trip.

The house is not an event space or party house, it is your home away from home. We love animals, but regulations mean that pets, smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are not allowed.
