Very pleasant, apartment, bright and spacious, well positioned for local amenities plus easy access to Edinburgh old and new town and including secure parking spot. Thoroughly recommended for short and longer stays.
We had a fantastic experience in this apartment. The host was very communicative and provided all the information we needed for a great stay. The apt is a great size and has comfortable, clean, and modern furnishings. Although @ a 30 min walk to the central area, the tram stop is literally next door and was so easy! We would definitely stay again.
While the hallway had us concerned about the apartment, once inside it was nice and cozy. It was within walking distance to the coffee shops. The bus stop was also nearby. Bedrooms were small, but beds were super comfy. The train was nearby, but did not disturb our sleep at all. Host was responsive and overall we enjoyed the stay.
Flat was clean but needs updating (carpet, paint and kitchen ware). WiFi was not available when we arrived but we contacted owner and he did get that sorted shortly. Only one small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Luckily a co-op store was nearby. No hot water for washing dishes; a used sponge and damp dishcloth left on kitchen sink. On site parking was a plus.

Urlaub in Edinburgh zu fünft.
Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß zu fünft für 4 Tage Aufenthalt. Die Lage war auch in Ordnung und man konnte gut fußläufig in die Stadt gelangen. Leider war die Küche nich sehr sauber und Geschirr zum Kochen war nur sperrlich vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war nicht sehr gut. Auf Fragen erhielt man entweder keine Antwort oder nur sehr versetzt. Es fehlte ein essentielles Teil, was leider bis zur unserer Abreise nicht beschafft wurde. TV und Player funktionierten gar nicht. Das wurde auch nicht behoben, obwohl versprochen wurde, sich darum zu kümmern.
Also Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg mit dem Auto nach Aberdeen gut geeignet, da das Auto mit Parkgenehmigung am Haus (kein abgeschlossener Parkplatz) geparkt werden kann,dort blieb es dann für den Aufenthalt stehen. Wegen der zentralen Lage war alles zu Fuß/Bus gut zu erreichen. Durch die Schienen, die direkt am Haus verliefen, war es aber auch sehr laut. Für 3Tage war die Wohnung ausreichend eingerichtet (keine Spülmaschine z.B.). Abstriche gab es bei der Sauberkeit ( bei einem Zimmer Flecken auf Handtuch/Bettwäsche).
Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Durch die Schalschutzfenster haben die Züge der anliegenden Bahntrasse nicht gestört und nachts sind keine gefahren. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants und Cafes auch zum Frühstücken.. Umgebung drr Wohnung sauber und angenehm.zumFrühstücken.
Die Wohnung an sich war okay und zweckmäßig. Im Haus war es ruhig. Den Bahnhof hat man mir leicht gehört. Autos hört man gar keine, da in ruhiger Wohnstraße.
Die Lage war super, da man vom Haymarket in zwei Stationen in der Innenstadt ist und auch an der Tram Linie zum Airport wohnt.
Appartement bien situé et propre, la literie est incroyable. Avec place de parking un plus mais à proximité des bis et tram très accessible pour l’aéroport sauf si on a énormément de valises ! Je recommande
Our flat we stayed in in Edinburgh was perfect for what we needed. When we got there we had a question about the couch bed and contacted Paul. He responded promptly which was convenient as we had gotten there late at night and were eager to get to bed. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The location was nice but not close to the royal mile. I don't think they advertised it as close so that's not a complaint. I think it took us about 30-40 minutes to walk to the royal mile. The drive from the airport wasn't long at all. I would recommend this flat and would stay here again. Thanks for the lovely stay.
The apartment is right next to Haymarket station which is really handy but you can hear the trains going past. The flat itself is clean and has all the amenities and the beds were really comfortable. It could do with abit of TLC in places but overall it is a good flat in a good location and the option of free parking is great. It took us about 15mins to get to Princes street and there was a handy coop just at the end of the road. The area near the flat is vibrant with a number of nice looking restaurants and bars. Communication with the owner was great.
Fin moderne lejlighed med super beliggenhed tæt på centrum. Gode resturanter og indkøb 200 m. fra lejlighed. 5 min. til stationen og 10 min. på gåben til Princess Street.
This unit was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed and a handy Co-op around the corner. It was in a fantastic location to explore Edinburgh and close to public transport. Definitely recommend it!
Paul was easy to communicate with and responded to a couple of questions which I had during my stay within 24 hours. Location was a bit off the beaten path, however, the location was easy for us to walk to the Co-op for grocery supplies, bus transport was also just a short walk. Quiet and pleasant complex. The basic supplies necessary for making meals were supplied, Beds were comfortable. Spacious enough for our group of 4. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. I will see if the property is available next time I am visiting Edinburgh.

Ruim appartement. Centrale ligging voor bezoek Edinburgh
Goed appartement om lopend Edinburgh door te gaan. Appartement opzich is heel eenvoudig maar wel schoon en ruim. Ligging bij station dus je hoort wel de treinen maar die rijden s nachts gelukkig bijna niet. Zeker een goed verblijf voor met een gezin betaalbaar Edinburgh te bezoeken. Veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt.
