Good but could be great.

The house is in a great location and we had an absolute blast. However the sleeping arrangement….I am so glad the bunk beds were not all used because the pull out beds should not be advertised as sleepable beds. My husband and I had to sleep in bunk beds with the kids because the pullouts were horrible. The mattresses are thin and actually fall through the metal frame. Both up and downstairs pullout. For the cost of this property, these really need to be upgraded or removed as sleepable beds.

Great spot on the river

We really enjoyed our stay at 21 Caldera. The location on the river is beautiful and the house has all the amenities you need for a long stay with a big family. We look forward to our next visit.
