On a closed plot of 400m2, pleasant little fisherman's house composed of 2 bedrooms, a shower room, a WC and a living room with fitted and fully equipped kitchen. Two terraces: one shaded and the other sunny.
The house is located in a quiet pedestrian path and is therefore secure for a family with children (cot available)
It is ideally located in La Cotinière with the beach at 100 m, shops at 300m and the port at 700m.
Cleaning package option offered at an additional cost of € 75 (house + terrace) and payable locally.

Objekt nicht wie beworben

Leider sehr schlecht. Wir konnten darin nicht bleiben, mangels Sauberkeit, Ungeziefer, extrem schlechten Geruch und kein Parking wie angegeben. Wir haben eine neue Unterkunft gesucht.

Séjour très agréable avec le beau temps en plus!

Le fait que la propriété soit à l'écart de la voie publique la rend très agréable! le seul inconvénient rencontré, c'est le fait que la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (tout petit inconvénient !!!) la proximité de la plage est très sympathique également !

sejour tres agreable

Généralement très appréciables , néanmoins une réserve concernant l’accès très étroit sur 50 m et le combat journalier avec les fourmis sur la terrasse. Le jet d'eau est la seule solution. Sinon enchantes.
