L'accueil est impersonnel procédure avec un voisin heureusement gentil et dévoué; literie fatiguée ou trop souple pour être confortable; suite à ma demande téléphonique avec la propriétaire l'accès ne devait comporté qu'une marche alors que 3 accès avaient des marches hautes incompatibles avec ma mobilité réduite ce qui a rendu mon séjour difficile, dommage endroit charmant dans un quartier agréable et près de la plage et des commerces. Peut-être faudrait-il que l'annonce soit plus explicite; un appel de la propriétaire en fin de séjour aurait été apprécié.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est idéalement située, à 2 pas de la plage et du centre de La Cotinière, et pourtant très calme. Maison bien équipée.

Maison ancienne bien située

Bon séjour dans cette maison ancienne proche du centre et de ma mer, au calme, avec un joli petit jardin. Confort sommaire mais suffisant. L'accueil par les voisins serait à améliorer selon nous : pour la 1ere location de l'année, il aurait été sympa d'ouvrir les fenêtres avant notre arrivée pour aérer et surtout réchauffer la maison. Après installation, nous avons constaté que l'eau était coupée, situation rétablie après appel aux voisins, puis après les courses, que le frigo était moisi par manque d'aération, un comble de devoir nettoyer cela alors qu'un forfait nettoyage est facturé 70e. Puis nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise pour la douche en revenant de la plage de conster que le chauffe eau n'était pas branché alors que j'avais bien demandé de vérifier cela lors de nos déboires avec l'arrivée d'eau... Bref, des (petites ?) attentions qui nous semblent normales pour une location. On partira du principe que nos remarques seront prises en compte pour améliorer l'accueil des vacanciers suivants...

Très bon emplacement malgré quelques déconvenues (dont certaines régler très rapidement) : - Télé ne fonctionne pas (mais dépannage dans la journée) - Congélateur non fonctionnel (joint fissuré et moisi), idem bac à légume (car surgèle par le congélateur) - Forte odeur de renfermé dans la maison (literie également), aération en permanence pour que cela reste bien mais dès qu'on ferme une journée cela revenait Cordialement

Vieux quartier plein de charme Très calme et à proximité des commerces et de La plage sauvage . Peut-être manquerait - il un parasol en cas de chaleur plus intense et de relax pour 4 personnes. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir.

Pour séjourner sur l'île d'Oléron, l'emplacement est tout simplement idéal : on ne peut pas être plus proche de l'océan et des commerces, restaurant tout en étant au calme. A y aller les yeux fermés
