Evalution

Très bon emplacement malgré quelques déconvenues (dont certaines régler très rapidement) : - Télé ne fonctionne pas (mais dépannage dans la journée) - Congélateur non fonctionnel (joint fissuré et moisi), idem bac à légume (car surgèle par le congélateur) - Forte odeur de renfermé dans la maison (literie également), aération en permanence pour que cela reste bien mais dès qu'on ferme une journée cela revenait Cordialement

Au rendez- vous des mouettes

Vieux quartier plein de charme Très calme et à proximité des commerces et de La plage sauvage . Peut-être manquerait - il un parasol en cas de chaleur plus intense et de relax pour 4 personnes. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir.

Hébergement bien situé. Un peu rustique. Attention odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. Également, nous n'avons pas réussi à fermer les fenêtres de la chambre.

Points positifs : calme, près des commerces et maison bien équipée. Stationnement privé Points négatifs Mur de la salle en cours de rénovation, Literie matelas et sommier à ressort fatigués Gestion des ordures ménagères liée à la politique de la municipalité

Emplacement ideal

Pour séjourner sur l'île d'Oléron, l'emplacement est tout simplement idéal : on ne peut pas être plus proche de l'océan et des commerces, restaurant tout en étant au calme. A y aller les yeux fermés
