About this property

Villa Lana - Family friendly - Best location - Private fenced pool

300m from sandy beach and close to everything. This recently renovated 2 Bdr villa has a private pool (fenced on request). The interior is cozy with an open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. Available free wi-fi, A/C, TV. Safe and comfortable for children. Family friendly. Fully equipped for a great stay.

The space
We continue to upgrade the villa facilities, and you will find new double bed mattress, new A/Cs, dishwasher, washing machine, and a number of smaller enhancements. Apart from being fresh with new equipment, linen etc., we've tried to give it a cozy feeling. Outside furniture is comfortable with sunbeds, a patio with chairs right next to the pool. You will also find a handy coal bbq on premise. The interior ground floor is open plan, with a dining area, and a well equipped kitchen. The leather couches (sofa bed) in the living room, can bed an additional two people. The first floor offers two very comfortable bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and offers an en-suite shower. The second bedroom has two single beds. The villa is equipped with free wifi, internet tv and local cable channels and is fully air-conditioned. We are taking extra care to make the villa as comfortable and safe for children of all ages, making it a great place for families. (optional pool fence, stair gates, toys, pool toys etc.). This is our holiday home as well. You'll have the same great experience that we have whenever we stay with our two children.

Other things to note
We strive to make the villa safe and comfortable for our little guests…and consequently as pleasant as possible for the adults of the company! For peace of mind, the pool area can be fenced if requested by the guests in advance of arriving as the fence is easily installed/removed. Furthermore, the outside area is gated, and in the inside stairs safety gates are installed, both at the bottom and on the top of the stairs. You will also find available, a high chair, a toy box, pool toys, inflatable kiddie pool, colouring pencils etc., baby monitor. A baby cot is available if requested. In the private pool area you will find a good sized paved area, outdoor furniture, sunbeds and shower. You will also find a coal BBQ for your use. The inside offers an open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. The living room comes equipped with two sofas, TV, Netflix. Free Wi-Fi throughout. The dining room can seat up to 6 persons. The kitchen is well equipped offering a wide range of cooking utensils. The downstairs also hosts a guests WC. The upstairs has two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and two single ones are present in the other. A shared bathroom is located on this floor as well.

Fabulous, relaxing stay

Lovely villa where we were able to relax and enjoy the pool and sunshine.The shops, restaurants, beach and bus stops are all a short walk away.Demetris is a great host and we would recommend.

Brilliant villa

My husband & I stayed in villa Lana and it was excellent, home from home had everything that was needed, villa was clean, bed very comfortable and pool very much needed as it was a heatwave, communication was excellent from directions to making sure that everything was ok, we would recommend and will definitely stay again

A wonderful villa on a small complex. The private pool is a great asset especially in the heat. It is within easy walking distance if small shops and wonderful restaurants and a great small beach. The owner Demetris is so helpful. A small issue was rectified in superfast time. A great place for a holiday with your family or a couple. Excellent

Great villa

Great Villa in a lovely location. Nice and peaceful and near all amenities. Bars & restaurants a short walk away. Supermarket is a few minutes walk. Beach 5-10 mins walk. Taxi rank at the top of the street. The villa is clean and tidy. It has been well looked after. Everything you need in the kitchen to Prepare food. Smart tv & comfy sofas. Lots of equipment in the cupboard if you have small children , even a stroller ! Outside area is lovely, plenty of seating and 2 sunbeds. Lovely pool too. Will definitely return .

I live with my family in Nicosia, which is about 1 hour drive to Protaras. Love spending time at our vacation home!

Why they chose this property

The villa is very well equipped for a comfortable stay, with its own private pool. You can spend countless hours there, but at the same time everything you'd require is very close beach, restaurants, bards, mini-markets.
It's our own vacation house as well, and we have made it cozy and comfortable for us and our children. Families will find it perfectly suited. We have also installed a removable pool fence for peace of mind. If you need it we'll set it up, if not we'll store it away.

You'd self check-in/out, but I also have a very nice couple locally as housekeepers, and will tend to anything you might need.

What makes this property unique

Although, anyone would like the villa, amenities and location, families with small children and even infants would find that it is extremely suited for vacation.
